This was a super cool hotel. It had fabulous atmosphere, everything was clean and showers were great. The pool was amazing. Staff was great and the drinks were delicious and reasonably priced. There's a great view of the city and sunset as well. Did not want to leave!

This hotel deserves all my respect. From the beginning they treated us with kindness and respect. They gave us all the information we asked for. The food is great and the pool makes you want to stay longer. The best thing about the hotel is its great view in which we appreciate the city so beautiful that only for a while is it capable of making you feel in another world.

Lovely aesthetic newish hotel. Large airy rooms, clean and comfortable. The swimming pool and views are the highlights. As is the concierge Darianme who went so out of her way to make our stay special. Close to the centre - within easy walking distance albeit uphill on the way back. The only reason I haven't given it a top rating is due to a couple of minor issues with the shower and service. If you go to Trinidad a stay here is a must.

We've spent a couple of nights there. The location is fabulous, the hotel is spotless. While we were there it was a huge bushfire stopped at the backyard of the hotel, and personnel spent the whole night cleaning it from ashes and scales. My preference for mineral water with gas - which turned out to be an extravagance in Cuba- was fulfilled by the general manager. We enjoyed our stay there and if you take the courage to visit Cuba this hotel is a recommended place to stay. Trinidad and its surroundings are beautiful

Great hotel We stayed for two nights and fully enjoyed Best location in Trinidad with a wonderful view and just few steps from the core of the town The service is excellent Rooms are spacious around a nice pool We strongly recommend it for your stay in Trinidad

Beautiful hotel with a stunning view. Service was superior and ways accompanied with pleasant smiles. Felt Safe and the location was perfect between my two favourite places, the cool club inside the ave and the House of Music. about a 5 minute walk from the main area.

Staff was so nice and accommodating. Very working here spoke VERY good English . The towel art at the end of each night made my night :) it was so cute. The breakfast was substantial and included many items I enjoyed . I was very happy about that. Also breakfast is included.

Safe hotel, safe city to visit, beach 15 mins away. I had the best time ever . We arrived in December the same weekend as the 3 day canchanchara festival , which was so lucky for us. Live music , and a dj in a different location , food stands. AC , WiFi and shower are amazing . And they have room service !!

Excellent service, quality and promptness : the most significant words to describe the hotel and the staff of this jewel of the Caribbean. Located at a very unique area where you are able to enjoy a fantastic view of the colonial city of Trinidad.
