Nice location, its really help with the baby.

The owner of the hotel are kind . We came early in the morning by bus , and we ask for early check in . They allow . The room clean , big and comfortable. The price also reasonable. I recommend for the tourist about this hotel in Sapa . The location also in central of sapa town . It was close to Sun plaza station .

About 5 minutes walk to Sun World Plaza for buying cable trip to Fansipan Mountain 3,143 meters. Thanks for the upgrade since the first night so we finally stayed for 3 nights. Very good room with luxury look although not brand new. To enter the front door, you need to walk for more than 10 steps down the staircase. Fast elevator. Electronic key card. Everything was good during our stay. They only took the photo of my passport when I checked in without keeping it like in the past in other hotels in Vietnam. Thank you very much for helping to carry my luggage. I post a photo up the mountain top at 11:51am of 12 Jan 2022.

Nice hotel

Sangat puas dengan hotel ini. Lokasinya dekat dengan Sun plaza dan mudah kemana-mana. Pelayanannya sangat baik. Saya memesan kamar superior tapi mereka upgrade ke deluxe karena kamar superior belum tersedia, tanpa biaya tambahan. Saat check out bisa menitip barang di receptionist. Mereka semua sangat ramah dan paling penting bisa berbahasa inggris dengan baik. Terimakasih nomadtrails, sepertinya saya akan kembali lagi nanti.

酒店位置很好，離着沙巴火車站非常近。前台能用英語交流，也十分耐心。房間設施齊全、乾淨整潔。還提供摩託車租賃服務，價格為150000VND一天。唯一的缺點就是網絡信號不好，如果住在靠裡麪的房間手機基本沒信號，但是酒店的wifi也不好，網速很慢且經常斷開，晚上在房間裏網絡差看手機就很難受。希望酒店能夠改善一下網絡問題，或許就更好。 The location of the hotel is very good, very close to Sapa station. The front desk can communicate in English and is very patient. The room is fully equipped, clean and tidy. Motorcycle rental services are also available at a price of 150,000VND per day. The only drawback is that the network signal is not good. If you stay in a room near the back, there is basically no signal for mobile phones. However, the hotel's wifi is also not good. The network speed is very slow and often disconnected. It is very uncomfortable to look at the mobile phone in the room at night when the network is poor. I hope the hotel can improve the network problem, maybe it will be better.

Sangat bagus dan strategis

Price was low but room had very good decorations. There’s a window but not much view as we booked the room with lowest price. Good services from staff. Need to walk down the steel staircase to go down the hotel from the street. Very happy with our stay.
