The hotel design draws inspiration from the minority tribes of Sapa, and French Haute Couture welcomes you with an enchanting mix of fashion, culture, and heritage. All spacious balconies or restaurant and bar on the 10 floor where one can view Sapa's landscape, town square, or hotel courtyard. Immediately after receiving your review on Ctrip, we immediately tried to contact Ctrip and learned that your booking was booked with a partner company of Ctrip, which resulted in us not receiving any payment before your arrival. That is why we collected your money at the counter when you checked in.On November 14, 2024, we contacted OTA, and they completed the refund amount to you. We hope that you have received your money back.By sending this message, we hope you understand that you are rating Ctrip but in fact your review is in sync with hotel service quality system. That means you are complaining about the hotel, not Ctrip.
