The hotel and the staff is awesome. The restaurant has suitable food for vegetarians as well. The breakfast has an extensive range and the food is flavourful. Kudos to Kevin and his team

Breakfast was average. Need to have better variety daily. Good to have staff that can converse in English. Most at the hotel cannot. Hotel suffered power cuts when I was there.

Hotel is in great location. Mostly cover with cloud. Stay there for 2 nights.

房間不錯，方便，快捷

The excellent service started from check-in and never wavered throughout our stay. Our room combined modern amenities with cultural decor perfectly, creating an inviting space to return to after exploring. The convenient location made it easy to explore local attractions, while the attentive housekeeping ensured we always came back to an immaculate room. The delicious breakfast offered both Western and local options.

We were enchanted by the eco-friendly practices and attention to detail at this lovely hotel. The comfortable rooms provided a perfect balance of luxury and authenticity. Though the fitness center was small, the scenic surroundings offered plenty of natural exercise opportunities. We particularly appreciated the safe and secure environment, allowing us to fully relax and enjoy our romantic escape in the mountains.

We loved our spacious balcony, perfect for sipping coffee while soaking in the stunning mountain views. The nice restaurant offered a great selection of local dishes, and we enjoyed every meal. Though it can get busy, the warm atmosphere and friendly staff made up for it. It’s a lovely spot to unwind and explore Sapa. We’d definitely recommend this hotel in Sapa.

We were looking for a relaxing retreat and Chau Long Sapa exceeded our expectations! The well-maintained gardens and stunning mountain views created a truly serene atmosphere. Our room was comfortable and clean, with a spacious balcony perfect for enjoying the fresh air and scenery. The friendly staff and delicious breakfast were the icing on the cake!

조용하고 평화로운 분위기가 정말 좋았어요. 아침식사가 다양하고 맛있었으며, 주변 경관이 믿을 수 없이 아름다웠습니다. 객실은 넓고 편안했지만, 일부 시설은 약간의 업데이트가 필요해 보였어요. 그래도 전반적으로 매우 만족스러운 숙박이었습니다.
