I called the night before checking in, and was told the swimming pool was open, but it wasn't open the entire stay. I had an early appointment and the couple in the next room were talking laud the entire night. The walls were thin evidently and kept me awake all night.

Хороший отель прямо рядом с аэропортом. Есть горячий бассейн, симпатичный внутренний двор с пальмами и апельсинами. Отельный ресторан входит в топ 5 в городе по версии trip advisor, кормят вкусно. В комнате за 5 дней ни разу не убирали.

Room was not cleaned from previous guest and my mother stayed in the room because we arrived at 1am and everyone was tired.

bathroom was a little on the small side and the TP holder was behind the toilet on the wall. toilet seat was loose. the drain plug in the bathtub leaked, had to keep filling the tub

Difficult to find the room. Very frustrating if you arrive at night because there are no numbers displayed on the buildings. In the morning I noticed that the window was left opened which I didn’t think to check the night before. I will never stay at this property in the future.

Such a friendly host. I checked in at midnight and he greeting me with a kind smile and a good sense of humor. Clean room and restroom.

Staff is super friendly, we had dinner at the SOL restaurant and the waitress was super nice, so was the person in the morning buffet. The rooms however were another thing. There was a pile of foul smelling laundry (sheets and towels) right outside our door when we were coming in, no big deal since they were outside. However, the room was not clean. There was even underwear on the corner. Will definitely never stay there again.

Advisory- parking will cost you 11.00. If it says so, it is hidden in the fine print. Breakfast is extra and definitely not worth it.

It was disappointing to walk into the room to find dirty towels on the floor and the body wash container was empty. There were only one set of towels in the bathroom. When I tried to call using the room phone it was unplugged and apparently needed to be plugged in to be charged. Unfortunately it was so early in the morning to call and talk with the front desk so we just made due.
I was thinking of staying another night on the way back but unfortunately we will look elsewhere.

The onsite restaurant is pretty good. Better communication re housekeeping and parking policies would be nice. A requested wakeup call did not happen; instructions to oncoming staff should be passed. I get that this was recently renovated, but service quality still needs to be kept up

Good for overnight stay near airport. Acceptable, however, did not find hotel to meet Marriott standards.

I called two days ahead to see if they would have a shuttle for us because we were getting in at midnight and didn’t know the area. I was assured they had 24 hour shuttle service. We get to the airport, called the hotel and was told they had no shuttles running. We were told we could walk because they are in walking distance. We’re older and didn’t have a clue which way to go. Poor service. Will never stay there again. The carpet in our wing was dirty. I will say they had good coffee in the morning.
