Overall an awesome hotel. Great location, friendly and helpful staff. Bathroom needs upgrading and a daily house keeping. I will definitely stay there again. Highly recommended.

It was my first time in Samosir, and Toba Village Inn is super convenient with an amazing view. The staffs are helpful and friendly too. You’d be able to rent your scooters from the inn itself. Will definitely visit them again 😍

Try not to stay in this hotel as they have a perculiar & unreasonable request to keep your ID when u checked in. The breakfadt is so so and the service & facilities nothing to shout about.More better hotels nearby.

Het ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid, ook de service tot helpen was goed, zoals scooterverhuur, een boottocht en het verder reizen naar Berestagi.
WiFi kon soms iets beter, maar verder zeker geen klagen.

Lokasi , room ok. layanan Mngkn perlu d tambah karyawan nya. Kasihan receptionistnya sendiri. Over all ok bgt tempatnya. Cuma sayang kmrn pool anak sdg maintenance. Recommended for stay, vacation, healing, terutama utk keluarga.

It was my first trip in sumatera and it was the first hotel that make me comfortable so far. We enjoyed it, special thanks to Susi in FO for helping me to find a birthday cake for my bf, even it so hard to find a cake shop in here. Only one thing that make me so upset is my massage time i can not enjoying my time because the SPA ladies are talking to much and gossiping while doing massage & they open the curtain before i dressed up🥲but will definitely come back again soon!!!

Positive feedback : I like the location with a very nice view of Lake Toba, which has its own dock, a quiet place, fresh air, very clean, friendly, and fast response staff, even the hotel owner hands-on directly to take care of my complaints about the hot water in the bathroom, and they fixed it right away. The breakfast food is delicious, I like the ambiance, has a jazz music background just like in the cafe. One of the best hotels in the Samosir area The hotel has its own pier/dock, making it easier for guests if they need drop-off or pick-up by boat from other ports on Lake Toba. The price of boat tickets is quite cheap, only 30,000 rupiah per person one way and the hotel management helps guests purchase boat tickets. Negative feedback : it's a minor, there were ants in the room balcony

Everything was bad. Our room, and especially the bathroom, was FULL of ants, that were not cleaned before we checked in and neither during room service. The first night our pillos didn't have covers and were quite dirty. Also the bathroom light turned on and off randomly, so while you were having a shower it could turn off, or on while you were away/sleeping. During the night it was extremely noosy because of other guests screaming outside. We wanted to rent motorbikes and the hotel offered it to us upon arrival, then they brought us to a place everything but legal where they asked us for more money. Also the stuff doesn't speak English.
