$9 shuttle from airport, $25 overnight parking- but breakfast omelettes are excellent. Staff very friendly, walking 5 minutes to transit and Amtrak/Sounder rail station. Link station to downtown and north (Tukwilla station) about $10 Uber/Lyft ride .. Overall felt both safe and clean.. 20-30 min daytime walk to Southcenter mall for shopping

Location is very good as it’s very near to Tacoma airport. Also it has shuttle services to airport but need to pay $9 per trip for 4 people.

Free reception drinks and snacks in their large and open dining room really helps in freshening up after the driving. Elevator location may not be convenient for some rooms.

Shuttle was available, $15. This was a surprise. $18 per evening for parking. I rented a car at the Enterprise close to the hotel as it was cheaper than the airport car rental. Rooms were comfortable. The bath and hair products were amazing. I believe the brand was called Zero. Sadly, no photo. Small pool and hot tub. The breakfast and evening bar was very good. Chose your own omelets, pancakes, cereal. Something for everyone. I purchased the Apple walnut salad one evening from the bar, delicious! They do not have a sit down restaurant in the hotel. Very close to the mall, walking distance. Loads of restaurants, bars, shopping. I used to live in that area and was happy to see the sushi restaurant was still there and still delicious.

Great reception with cheese, crackers and peanut mix. Place a little dated but scheduled for refurbishment in 2026. Will return

Embassy suites are great hotels. We were heading to a cruise leaving Seattle and needed one night in a hotel after arriving at airport the night before embarkation. We were two couples ( my elderly parents, myself and my husband). Having two rooms in the suite was perfect as it meant we essentially had two bedrooms for the price of one. Husband and I used the sofa bed and gave my parents the bedroom, although could have had three couples as there were two beds in the bedroom. Breakfast as always was fantastic. Shuttle from airport very handy with a single cost for up to 4 travelling together. Walkable to nearby shops and mall.

The bathtub drained supper slow the curtain rod was broke so water got everywhere on the floor in the bathroom. They never gave us extra towels after. I asked. At checking. It was a little bit smaller than the other rooms we have stayed at at the same hotel.

I was told there was a free shuttle to the airport, we scheduled it the night before. When leaving for the airport the next morning, front desk informed us they didn’t have a diver for the shuttle so they arranged an Uber for us that we paid for, and they charged us a $13.00 fee for shuttle service! Instead of free shuttle we paid 2x for transportation!! Very unprofessional

My stay at hotel was very comfortable, very friendly reception and breakfast was awesome. Looking forward for next trip.

The room is big but old, and the actual situation is different from the pictures. The service is OK, but slippers are not provided, which is not very convenient. There are not many breakfast options, and the hotel door faces the lobby, which feels a bit like a prison

For an over night traveler. This place is always great to stay. With their breakfast meal service as well as cocktails drinks at night. You can’t go wrong and a shuttle to the airport is a plus. How I wish they give discounted prices for us old folks. Cuz it’s a little pricey for us. That’s All!

Worked well for one night stay before departure with airport shuttle and plentiful breakfast. Although room furniture needs updating, room size was good for three adults and service was outstanding. Helpful, patient, and sokution oriented staff made this an even better stay.
