We stayed 4 nights and had a great stay. The rooms and especially the pool look exactly like the pictures and are stunning. Our stay was quiet in terms of other guests as the hotel is not 100% up and running yet (no in-house restaurant and gym but were offered to use the facilities of the neighboring hotel) which we loved as we had the huge pool all to ourselves :-). You should be aware that the area around the hotel (Aldea Zama) is separated from the ”center” by an area that you should not walk through at night - so you have to rely on (expensive) cabs or a car to get around at night - not the responsibility of the hotel, but an issue of many areas in Tulum to be aware of!

The hotel was very stylish and rooms very spacious and well equipped. We had a great stay. The staff were lovely, warm and welcoming. They really went out of their way to help you with booking trips and taxis. Breakfast was good.

I’m surprised that this hotel doesn’t have more outstanding reviews. It is in a gorgeous local district, La Veleta, which has lovely independent restaurants / bars and brunch places. It’s a 5/10 minute taxi to the beach. It is 500mxn each way. It’s excellent value. Breakfast is very tasty. It is a vegetarian restaurant so have that in mind; but the beyond meat burger is excellent for a hangover cure. There are enough restaurants in easy walking distance. The pool is simply stunning. Gets the sun. The staff are so friendly. The munchies shop is excellent. 10/10 for what is a very good value hotel.

Makanan dan minuman di hotel semuanya lazat, walaupun kami cepat mengetahui bahawa makan dan minum di pantai memang mahal, jadi kami bijak memilih bila/berapa banyak kami makan di hotel. Ini hanya datang dengan lokasi. Lokasi fizikal hotel adalah ideal kerana ia tidak terlalu jauh ke dalam jalur pantai, yang mana trafik menjadi agak teruk apabila anda memandu lebih jauh. Estetika dan butiran hotel ini sesuai untuk membuatkan anda berasa seperti sedang hidup dalam hutan yang aneh. FYI kepada semua yang ingin tinggal di pantai di Tulum, pada bulan April-November atau lebih, Tulum mendapat sejumlah besar rumpai laut yang menjadikannya hampir mustahil untuk berenang di lautan. PPengguna TetamuOur wife and I have now stayed at KASA Hotel K'uyen TWICE within a calendar year! Truly an amazing choice for adult-only private suite-style rooms. Lots of room options to choose from. The inner courtyard is beautiful and quiet. Breakfast downstairs is delicious and the restaurant on the rooftop offers fantastic evening/night views. Also delicious and very convenient if you just want to stay in a night. Location is perfectly placed between downtown Tulum and the beach zone. I recommend getting a moped/scooter as it is the best way to get around locally. Otherwise you need a taxi (expensive) or find the cheaper public collectivos to get around. The hotel does have a few normal bikes to rent but be prepared for a 20ish minute ride to downtown or the beach zone. Tons of restaurants, markets, and stores in walking distance in the new Aldea Zama district (lot of continuing construction - can't wait to see it in a few years). We will definitely be back again!! Shout out to the front desk (Guillermo is amazing) to help you with planning needs and all the waiting/housekeeping staff (thanks Salvadore) are super nice. Very safe, walkable, and with tons of options around you. Can't beat the price so book now!

PPengguna TetamuA+++ Family Vacation (2 Adults, 3 Kids – 4, 5 and 7). You should not hesitate to book this super lux spot for your next vacation. We chose Conrad Tulum because it was on the CN Traveler best places to go. It did not disappoint. No way for the resort to be any more lux/beautiful or service to be better. Pictures are real and in some cases don’t do the place enough justice. Place is brand new. Further, the “kids club” was critical to our vacation. Shamara, Sehem, Ivette and Ruth all jointly run the kids club. It is a mix of indoor and outdoor activities from 945am-5pm (lunch with parents at Noon). Making pinatas, painting, reading, traditional Mexican art/crafts alongside pool (there is a specific pool about 2.5 feet-3 feet deep which is great for young children), beach, watersport, treasure hunts around the resort, etc. This is a very curated program for kids, exceptional in every aspect and also customizable based on what the kids may want to do. My kids are begging to return. Thank you to the staff at the kids club! Some other outstanding parts of the resort include morning wellness activities on the beach (Rafael is wellness coach speak to him on arrival for schedule/info) and the breakfast restaurant which has countless stations servicing traditional Mexican food cooked to order in front of you by chefs as well as a plethora of recognizable American breakfast items. It is a showstopper. Rivals the best breakfasts at the worlds finest hotels. Other restaurants on site (pan Asian, Japanese, Mexican, etc) are all superb. Guacamole, coconuts, champagne, wines all delivered poolside, beachside, etc. All the fine service you would expect. Some suggestions for the future as the hotel is brand new. Fix (or get a new) ATM that dispenses Mexican Peso so Americans can tip your exceptional staff in pesos without paying a silly exchange rate at the front desk. For the watersports company on the beach they need high end equipment to match the character of the hotel. For example, snorkel equipment must be the “dry” snorkels and they should have goggle defogger on site and used prior to each swim – price should be raised to accommodate this. Oscar is the local snorkel guide and he is REALLY GOOD. There is a massive set of coral reefs with tons of fish (some as big as sharks) outside the hotel but accessible only with the best equipment. (bring your own better yet!). Childrens food at the hotel/poolside could improve so that the kids have healthy and LOCAL choices (fruit/veg as sides, fun kid local fruit drink, less of the burger/chicken stuff that is on every menu in the USA). Guacamole ice cream cones (made from tortilla chips, delivered as fun snacks for free every day which the kids loved) were amazing and that should be on the menu! Finally, there are some comments about sea****. They have huge crews that come clean it up every morning (done by about 9/10am). Its not a nuisance. Probably by the time you wake its all gone and you never know its there. It

PPengguna TetamuMy fiancé and I came to visit the Mexican Riviera with stops in Cancun, Playa del Carmen, and Tulum and I must say this was by far the best of the 4 hotels that we have stayed so far and the others were all very nice, upscale resorts. This place is like a hidden paradise in the jungle of Tulum and is very close to both the beach and the downtown areas. The pool here is so beautiful and relaxing and they even host a daily social hour with free cocktails and snacks. They also provide free bicycles to use to take to the beach or wherever you want to go. The rooms are also very gorgeous and accommodating with everything you might need. And I have to say that Jesus at the main bar was excellent and provided very great to us all week while we were here. Next time we come to the Riviera we will skip Cancun and Playa to head straight here to the Aluna. Thank you all for a great stay. We will be back.

They offer bike service at reception for $300 pesos but I think they should include it for free for the guests. Service at pool was poor. They only had a young lady that was not helpful at all. She didn’t want to prepare a piña colada because she didn’t have the Bacardi.:(

PPengguna TetamuWie waren schon mehrmals in diesem Hotel. Seit 2017 eigentlich jedes Jahr! Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut! Etwa 20 Minuten zu Fuss bis ins Zentrum und es gibt überall etwas zu sehen. Durch den Besitzer Fabio ist auch ein Hauch italienisches Temperament vorhanden. In den letzten 5 Jahren wurde viel Herzblut investiert und das zeigt sich vor allem an der tropischen Gartenanlage die mit dem Restaurant Casa Mia fast verschmilzt. Wir wurden immer hervorragend bedient und das Essen war super. Hier einen herzlichen Dank an unsere Meseros Nayeli, Eleazar, Bety, und Brandon und an die Küche Genaro und Luis!! Die familiäre und freundschaftliche Atmosphäre hat uns einen wundervollen Urlaub gegeben. Besten Dank dafür, Daniel + Andrea

PPengguna TetamuI stayed in Hotel Blanco Tulum for my bithday and I had an amazing time!! Hotel was clean, the room had AC and was right the way I wanted it. The staff was really nice and accomodating. They made a very nice surprise for me on my day and they added a very personal touch. The bartender, Lucas, made very good drinks ant the pool was very relaxing. As a solo woman traveler I felt safe and it's a very important aspect of my trip. I struggled a little with communicating with the staff since I am not fluent in spanish.

DDandI started out in my younger days staying at 3 star hotels working myself up to 5 star hotels these days. On this recent weekend trip i held back on my post xmas spending and got a great deal at Kore so I took a chance on it despite all the negative reviews. I think the 1 out 5 star ratings are ridiculously unfair. Rooms were big, clean, and comfy. Location was decent and had great views of the sea. I only had breakfast as I like to get out and explore, so I couldn't tell you much about the quality of food. The waiters were good, as soon as I sat down, my coffee was poured. After they recognized I tip, I never had to wait in line to get my omelets...lol. best part was the service from the front desk concierge (the Mexican soap opera looking guy) Victor. Dude was always so nice and helpful. Upon checkout, I had a late flight out, he knew that I love bike riding, so he let me keep my bracelet to have access until my shuttle arrived. I did not experience most of the issues on these reviews. English speaking staff was a challenge, but i found that was an issue everwhere I was in Tulum. Overall, if you were to go by the strict AAA guidelines, this hotel would probably recieve a 3-3.5 rating and closer to a 4 by the generous booking sites. This was no Hyatt, but a good value. Dont let those 1 star ratings discourage you.
