Hotel dengan balcony di Tulum

Stunning rooms! The place is bang on the middle of the jungle, so there are bugs and frogs etc, just be aware of that. Right next to a cenote! It’s on a motorway and you cannot really walk anywhere so you need a car or moped etc, as it is pretty far. Theee is a small jacuzzis and a sauna, which they try to charge a prohibitively high price for…. Considering it is the only amenity the hotel has this should be free. Bedsheets need an update. Have stains and rips. I still think it is an amazing place to stay especially for the price!

L’équipe est superbe, souriante et très chaleureuse. Au petit soin avec l’ensemble de ses clients. L’hôtel quand à lui est très atypique, bien entrentenu et très beau. Il n’est pas loin des restaurants et boutiques. Pour se rendre à la plage plusieurs moyens : taxi, vélo ou bien en scooter (les agences de locations sont nombreuses à côté de l’hôtel).  Le roof top est paisible avec sa piscine bien exposée, le personnel du bar très poli et attentionné.  Les chambres sont très propres avec une belle salle de bain et 2 ballons. Le lit est suspendu mais on peut demander à ce qu’il soit fixé pour ceux que ça dérange.  Nous avons passé un superbe séjour dans cet hôtel et nous le recommandons vivement voyageurs en visite à Tulum.

Estamos extremamente surpresos com Ana y Jose! Que hotel incrível! Instalações limpas e novas, chuveiro e cama perfeitos, WIFI rápido e com um staff gentil e educado. Fomos de lua de mel e fomos extremamente bem tratados. Café da manha delicioso!

Family of four (including 2 teens) stayed at the Conrad in room 3307 for one week. We had an ocean-view, 2 Queen room and opted for the Ceiba Club. The room was one of the better-sized and laid-out rooms we have enjoyed on vacation. The facilities were fantastic and we enjoyed the activities offered throughout our time here. The gym was never busy and the daily activities we found to be accessible. The bay in front offered very good snorkeling with several large reefs that held many schools of interesting fish. We also saw rays of various sizes out there too, which was exciting. Beach chairs were always available, which was a surprise, as we read that it could be problematic. Food and drink at the Ceiba Club were worth the extra cost. We lived out that the first several days that the resort wasn't busy, so Ceiba offered à la carte food from the restaurants. We also benefited from Hilton Gold status, so we were able to rotate two of our family through the amazing breakfast buffet at Arbolea. We had dinners at Marakea (Mediterranean) and Autor (Michelin Mexican restaurant). Both were good, but Autor stood out. Would return for sure.

The hotel is beautiful and overall pleasant, but it left mixed impressions. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed and given a tour of the property. However, we later discovered that the cenote was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel and it was under reconstruction, and this had not been communicated in advance. Construction started around 7:30 a.m. and continued throughout the day. The noise in the morning was not too disruptive, but during the day, when the main work was happening, it became quite loud and dusty around the pool area. Workers were constantly passing by, which significantly affected the overall atmosphere. Housekeeping was inconsistent. The floor in our room was sticky upon check-in, and on one of the days, the cleaner left dirty towels on the floor. The location is good if you are looking for a quiet and remote place. We woke up to the sounds of birds and saw lizards around the property, which was lovely. However, it also means that you need transportation to get anywhere, as there is little infrastructure nearby. For us, this was not an issue we actually enjoyed the seclusion. The hotel itself is beautifully designed in a boho style and looks stunning. Despite the drawbacks, I would still consider coming back one day.

Very nice small hotel at the start of the beach street. Can grab a taxi from centro to get there for about 300mxn. If you dont mind walking then its easy to just walk along the tulum beach street to reach any restaurant or beach club. The room was very nice with an outdoor shower and bath although the wooden floor there was rusty with nails pointing out which was as dangerous so that has to be fixed. Reception was very helpful and even gave us recommendations for restaurants and events for the night. They have their own beach access and loungers so its very convenient as its right on the beach. Breakfast was advertised and its a light yoghurt with little bit of granola and fruits with filter coffee and juice and two pieces of toast for two people. Breakfast has room for improvement in my opinion. Overall good experience for the price. No coffee machine in the room although it is shown in the listing images, usually hotels include those for free. There was some camping right next to the hotel which seemed weird, not sure what that was as it also had access to the hotel through stairs connected to the hotel.

Our stay at Tago Tulum was simply outstanding! The hotel itself is a paradise – the rooms look even better than in the photos, with spacious layouts, beautiful decor, and that perfect blend of luxury and Tulum’s bohemian style. The beachfront view and peaceful ambiance made it the ideal place to unwind. What really made our experience unforgettable was the exceptional service, especially from Victor. He took care of everything we needed, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was seamless and enjoyable. Victor’s warmth and attention to detail made us feel right at home – a true gem! Tago Tulum is a must for anyone visiting Tulum, and we can’t wait to return

Kami mempunyai pengalaman hebat keseluruhan selama 7 hari kami menghabiskan masa di Hotelito Azul! Kami pergi dengan pasangan lain dan masing-masing tinggal di Suite Oceanfront (kami berada di atas mereka, mereka di aras bawah). Bilik-bilik adalah bersih dan luas. Penyimpanan pakaian yang agak terhad tetapi kami membuat yang terbaik dari unit rak/gantung yang disediakan. Mandi adalah mimpi. Perkhidmatan pembantu rumah membersihkan bilik kami setiap hari dan melakukan kerja yang hebat! Kami menyukai hidangan yang ditinggalkan di bantal kami setiap hari. AC adalah milik anda untuk mengawal. Satu cabaran yang kami hadapi yang perlu diperbaiki adalah kekurangan permaidani di dalam bilik. Anda berjalan melalui pasir untuk sampai ke bilik anda dan ya, ada baldi air untuk dibilas sebelum masuk namun kami terdesak untuk mendapatkan permaidani kecil di luar atau hanya sesuatu di tepi atau kaki katil untuk membersihkan pasir sebelum mendapat atas katil. Menariknya, rakan-rakan kami di tingkat bawah mempunyai pelari yang hebat di kaki katil mereka jadi mungkin hanya konsisten dengan itu akan membuat perbezaan yang besar! Anda bangun ke bakul comel dengan kopi setiap pagi dan mereka akan mengisi semula air minuman anda seberapa banyak yang anda perlukan di dalam bilik. Kami tidak boleh mengatakan perkara yang cukup baik tentang kakitangan. Anda berkomunikasi dengan mereka melalui What'sApp yang menawarkan respons pantas kepada sebarang soalan atau kebimbangan atau semasa memesan makanan/minuman. Larissa, concierge itu HEBAT. Dia mengalu-alukan kami setiap hari dan membuatkan kami berasa selesa di rumah dan dijaga sepanjang penginapan kami. Dia membantu mengisi perjalanan dengan pengalaman indah sama ada lawatan, tempat tempatan yang bagus untuk makanan/minuman atau logistik. Kami menyewa skuter dari hotel kebanyakan hari percutian kami dan ia sangat berbaloi. Kami mendapati harga di seberang jalan lebih murah namun kami menyukai kemudahan menyewa melalui hotel. Makanan dan minuman di hotel semuanya lazat, walaupun kami cepat mengetahui bahawa makan dan minum di pantai memang mahal, jadi kami bijak memilih bila/berapa banyak kami makan di hotel. Ini hanya datang dengan lokasi. Lokasi fizikal hotel adalah ideal kerana ia tidak terlalu jauh ke dalam jalur pantai, yang mana trafik menjadi agak teruk apabila anda memandu lebih jauh. Estetika dan butiran hotel ini sesuai untuk membuatkan anda berasa seperti sedang hidup dalam hutan yang aneh. FYI kepada semua yang ingin tinggal di pantai di Tulum, pada bulan April-November atau lebih, Tulum mendapat sejumlah besar rumpai laut yang menjadikannya hampir mustahil untuk berenang di lautan. Hotel-hotel, termasuk Hotelito Azul, melakukan yang terbaik untuk mengeluarkan sebanyak mungkin rumpai laut dari pantai, tetapi kawan, adakah ia satu perjuangan yang sukar. Ini mengehadkan keupayaan kami untuk duduk di pantai malangnya, kerana satu-satunya kelegaan daripada panas adalah pancuran mandian di luar. Yang, sekali lagi, indah, tetapi bukan lautan. Nasib baik, Tulum mempunyai banyak lagi perkara menarik untuk dilakukan sehingga kami tidak merasakan ini memberi kesan kepada perjalanan kami dalam apa-apa cara yang ketara. I stayed at Azulik Tulum in one of the smallest rooms, and I have mixed feelings — both admiration and realism. First, let’s be honest: Azulik is visually stunning. Architecturally, it’s a dream — truly built for aesthetics and Instagram. The design is beautiful, organic. From a visual and conceptual point of view, it’s easily 100/100. However, when it comes to comfort and practicality, it’s a very different story. Azulik is a pure jungle experience. That can be magical, but it also means: Very limited privacy A toilet behind a divider No hot water at night Minimal comfort overall I understand this is intentional and part of the concept, but when rooms can cost up to $2,000 per night, you naturally expect a balance between artistic experience and luxury comfort — especially at that price point.  The room itself was cute, but definitely not designed for longer stays. This is not a place you want to stay more than 1–2 nights max. After that, the lack of comfort becomes noticeable. Service was not good. I understand this is Mexico and things move differently, but for a hotel with such an international reputation, staff speaking English should be standard, especially since most guests are travelers from the other countries. The beach service closes early (around 4–5 PM), so the experience feels very limited. A few small but important details: The matches in the room were extremely horrible to light, which becomes frustrating when candles are the main source of light, and I love candles idea but if you are reader this hotel not for you! Cleaning could be better.  Hot water should really be available 24/7 at this level. Overall, Azulik is an artistic, aesthetic, and spiritual concept, not a comfort-driven luxury hotel. If you come knowing that — and stay one or two nights only — it can be a beautiful experience. I think its important to remind guest on checking in what are they signing for, coz people don't like to read descriptions and coming for views then being disappointed. Come for the vibe, architecture, and photos. Don’t come expecting classic luxury or comfort. Beautiful idea, powerful concept — but it could truly shine even more with better service, basic comfort, and attention to detail. And I`m not asking a lot here.
