在雨林裏，環境還不錯，當然蚊子也多…飲食一般吧，不驚艷也不算難吃，服務我覺得蠻一般的，不太主動積極而且會比較經常打擾休息，隔音也不好，大半夜或者大清早的被吵醒過好幾次，最不喜歡的是把好幾衹海豚囚禁在一個小小的泳池裡…總之是非常商業化沒有什麼人情味的酒店

This was our second trip to this resort and we loved it even more than the first time! Everything was clean, the service was great, the food was amazing in the specialty restaurants and we had such a wonderful week. It was fun seeing Checo again as he always gives us great tips and is so sweet. Elisa was so sweet to give us our evening coffee drinks. She was always helpful and happy! (I wish you all the best on the arrival of your new baby) We met Edgar the resort manager and were blown away by his kindness to us. He is such a happy guy and is perfect for his position. I love to see someone who is positive and LOVES life - this is Edgar. We were blessed to have met you and are thankful for your help in making our stay amazing!

This was our 2nd time to the resort. We come for the amazing snorkelling you can do right off the beach. We like the lazy river, cafe and the take-out pizzas. Unfortunately the resort is definitely getting ‘tired.’ We were in an upgraded suite and you can tell that it is in need of a refresh. Chipped tiles, ripped curtains, chipped furniture, etc. Overall we care more about location and service, over aesthetics - so we will definitely go back.

The tile is extremely slippery when wet. The staff was beyond friendly and accommodating. The food was so so. Juan C shuttle driver was sooooo amazing meep meep!

This was a beautiful place to stay. Rooms were big and beautiful! It is a bigger place, but the walking paths around are really nice and lots of wildlife to see around. Food was great, people were very friendly, pools were very nice, food was good! They had a dolphin show every day at 11A.M. which was very nice! Lots of beach seats to sit at. Was there with my wife and 11 month old and had no complaints.

2nd time here, this time we stayed here for a week in Jan/Feb 2024. Only complaint is I wish I could stay forever! Amazing beach, great service, never wait for anything, never fight for a seat or beach/pool chair. There is an abundance of wildlife all around including monkeys, Coties, etc. Highly recommend this amazing place, we will definitely be back for a 3rd visit.

Beautiful resort property, would go for a run around the property daily. Traveled solo and felt very safe. Staff are all hardworking, kind and will go out of their way for you. The only specialty restaurant I went to was the Japanese restaurant and it was great. Look for Jose Luis Poot in the main buffet! He was great and very attentive. Will certainly come back again

What we didn’t like.
We couldn’t find any karaoke!!!
But what we did like…
All breakfast and lunch buffets had lots of choice.
The staff at breakfast and lunch were exceptional.
A shout out to the following a la carte…
The Raw bar. Mauricio and Fernando.
The El dorado steak house, Edwin.
The Brazilian, Rigo.
The Japanese, Luis.
Of course, Marinna checked in with many times and of course Rubens as our concierge.
