Hotel Tulum dengan Kolam Renang

We visited Pacha Tulum in Jan 2023 and were totally disappointed by the Hotel. The only thing good about this place is that the staff is helpful and polite. We found the hotel room over-priced for the value it provided. The room was dirty, with bed sheets having some sort of stains, the window wasn't locked leading to mosquitoes being present in the room when we checked in. The room is very small compared to how it looks in their pictures and for the price we paid. It is worth your money if and only if you get the room under $100 per night, anything more and I would recommend other hotels a short walk away from this place. It is located at a very busy intersection with no onsite parking even though the website claims it has parking. I would like to mention though that the staff member helped us park in the hotel's drive way but there is no guaranteed parking. There were also issues with the lighting and the beds as they had nails sticking out. Overall the hotel is very different from the pictures posted online and I wonder how it has 4.5 star rating on TripAdvisor!

Casa Malca is a Romantic, high end resort that catered to all our needs with superior attention. The food was delicately and beautifully presented. The staff were personable and friendly. The massage was out of this world. Diana Saldamando had magical and healing hands. My back aches restored and fixed with gentle and pointed attention. I highly recommend her! It was my birthday, and the staff treated me like a king. Our dining table was decorated with rose petals, spelling “Happy Birthday”. Philosophy’s restaurant manager offered us complimentary drinks and cake. The Concierge Manager offered us an upgrade with balloons and a bottle of champagne in the room!

Beautiful boutique hotel with a kind team of workers! It feels like a little hidden gem tucked away off the beaten path. This hotel was my favorite part of my trip! Nicole at the front desk was very welcoming! The size of their suites is very generous and it's nice to have the space to spread out and relax. I loved having a full-sized kitchen area and they provide you with utensils, cookware, dishes, and everything you need to feel at home. The bed was on the firm side but very comfortable and it was nice to have separate air conditioning units in the bedroom and living room. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that my breakfast was included each morning because I booked directly on their website. At the time I'm writing this taxis into centro town were around $200 - $300 pesos from this area and a taxi into the hotel zone ran around $40 - $50 US. I would absolutely come back!

This place is magical. If you want to really getaway and be somewhere peaceful unique and connect with nature and have amazing food it’s here. The best part of the experience was the service, personality and true care of everyone that works there. There are some places that have great service and some places where it is amazing. Habitas it is amazing. Thank you to all the superb people Orlando, Wilbur, Aleo, Jorge, Carlos and Edson. The best!

Great place with a great location. Right on the road to the beach and yet very close to the city centre. Staff are very very helpful polite and professional. Rooms are big and clean! We stayed 2 nights and decided to extend for another night. The restaurant on premises has excellent food. We've ordered ceviche everywhere we went on our 3 week trip in Mexico and this was top 3! Good value for money too. Our server Carlos at the restaurant was amazing. Very good energy and super attentive. We highly rate this place 👌🏻

Bungalow direttamente sulla spiaggia, arredato con gusto, molto accogliente e pulito. Ci ha ricevuti Massimo ed è stato davvero gentile, amichevole e professionale, con consigli, suggerimenti e un cocktail di benvenuto. Colazione ottima e anche i piatti che abbiamo assaggiato per pranzo squisiti! Ceviche super! Massaggio con Perla consigliatissimo! Uniche due cose che si possono mogliorare: la location del massaggio e l'acqua della doccia non sempre calda.

Really appreciated that the hotel is centrally located and isn’t gated and sequestered from the local people of Tulum. During our stay, the staff was awesome, they were welcoming and helpful and we really enjoyed the space. Thank you Zendero!

I usually don’t leave reviews, but after this wild experience, I had no choice. I was absolutely disgusted by the treatment I received at this hotel. I booked the hotel for a women’s retreat and interacted with 3 different people over the course of my time at the hotel. The first person checked us in and I informed him that Oke of the participants had COVID and wouldn’t be attending and the other person would be staying with me to nanny for my child. He said okay he would let the manager know and they would remove it from the bill. He took a deposit for the 5 rooms ($50 per day). He told us breakfast was served at the sister hotel, Zenses and we should eat there after yoga in the morning. He also informed us that while the website says bikes are complimentary, they don’t offer bikes and the beach is actually an hour away, not 30 minutes! What the hell? The next day, another woman asked for the remaining balance on the room. I asked if that was customary because I am used to paying that upon departure and she said yes, so I paid the balance. The day before our departure, I interacted with a 3rd woman who was very rude, impatient and said she was charged two rooms that weren’t even in my party for breakfast. I told her breakfast was included. I asked for her name. She refused to give it to me so I sent a screenshot of her to the manager and he failed to respond. She called the manger and both of them very rudely said breakfast was not included and told me they would be charging me for the room my nanny didn’t use and for breakfast, even though it was included. I requested a print out of my payment. They couldn’t provide it for a while and finally provided a document that was inaccurate I challenged them and questioned them over and over and they failed to address the issue or provide any type of resolve. I also advocated for bikes and when we took them out, the pedal fell off and we had to rely on the help of strangers to get us back because no one at the hotel was willing to come get us or support the issue. In addition, our rooms were not cleaned daily, despite the multiple requests. I had to come and get tissue, washcloths and empty the trash. Absolutely terrible service! I have been going back and forth with the “owner” for a while and he has ceased responding because there is 0 accountability. There’s also construction across the street constantly and wild dogs running around, it’s just not worth it. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!! IT’S NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE!!

Such a wonderful stay and overall experience. Perfect stay to be in downtown Tulum and a bang for your buck. Our hotel manager was very responsive and attentive of all of our needs. Unfortunately, our private pool got dirty from the rain, but she quickly cleaned it and was ready in a few hours. Even simple as needing more pillows. Our room was super clean and loved how their cleaning staff would come everyday to clean the floors and re-make the bed. Since the floors would get dirty from our shoes and such. Oh and they would set new towels for us as well. Truly grateful for the free parking. And there’s usually available parking. However… PLEASE KEEP IN MIND about the roads. They are really super bad and terrible to drive in with deep potholes but we managed. Just drive super slow and careful especially during the rain. I wouldn’t recommend to drive late at night since it may be a little too hard to see. Check in was super easy and quick. The front desk will check for your reservation and then will connect you to speak with their manager or whoever your rental manager is. Our manager gave us tips and offered to help schedule restaurant reservations or beach reservations in the popular Tulum area which is by the beach. The Location was only about 5-10 minutes from the main downtown Tulum area. I would say 10 minutes because we would drive very slow due to the roads. There is also a taco stand down the street which is only about a 5 minute walk. Lastly, the amenities… the pool was seriously breathtaking. Haven’t seen a circular shaped pool like that with such an astonishing view. We saw there was a small gym but we didn’t have the time to use it but at least it’s an option. We would highly recommend this beautiful stay and we would definitely come stay again. I would highly recommend to stay in downtown Tulum than the main Tulum road by the beach. Save money and just rent a car. Best way to visit all of the fun cenotes and different areas of Tulum.
