We stayed here as a couple for two nights stay. We were shocked by how nice our room was at first glance, seemed very modern and had a cool balcony. However we soon noticed that there were loads and loads of ants on the floor, wardrobe, bathroom. We obviously told the staff who, when we went out, said they sprayed everywhere/surface in the room with I presume bug spray. This was fine I suppose apart from the fact that all of this spray will have gone all over all our belongings and our bed, which isn’t great. Some ants remained but they said there was nothing more they could do. The main thing you want in a hotel is for it to be clean (bug-less) so this was a real downer as we darent put anything on the floor or in the wardrobe incase ants got in it! We then got a visit saying we were being too loud when ironically I was writing a review on the last place we stayed whilst my partner showered, so we certainly weren’t being loud, not even speaking. Aircon was very loud, couldn’t keep it on all night as it sounded like a car, but at least it worked. Breakfast was fine, hot food looked horrible but they had yoghurts and juice which sufficed. Very good location!

We stayed 4 nights in this Hotel in May 2022. Paid quite a high price during those periods, possibly because of many concerts/matches and the fact not many hotels available around those dates made us choose this one. Temperature was around 26-30 degC during our stay. So the room was very hot. There is no fan, we have to open the window throughout the day to get some fresh air. However at night there were so much noises across the street, people were shouting, traffic, noises from the cars buzzing around really disturbed my quality of sleep. Wifi in the room was also very weak and I had always problems accessing wifi from my laptop (sometimes i need to be online to check my work emails/meetings). The room was also a bit old, interior is kind of dusty and maintenance can be done a lot better to improve the quality of guest stay. I came to Turin to watch a concert and expecting a calm/relaxed holiday. Had i known the situation earlier I would not book this hotel and choose rather calm, a bit outside of the city that allow us to rest after long day exploring in Turin. One thing that was good is the reception worker is very polite and tried their best to help us with information.

Looking at the photographs it's clear that the rooms in this hotel vary considerably. We had a smallish modern looking room which was all we needed. Although situated next to a tram line the room was quiet due to the double glazing and roller shutters. Our bathroom was large but had the strangest taps I've ever seen. The hotel is four star rated but I think three would be more realistic and the decent price reflects this. The breakfast which was included was excellent although it's not the sort of thing I would like to contemplate if the hotel were operating at capacity.

Hotel pulito, abbiamo alloggiato in una stanza al terzo piano con tutto il necessario. Ottima la colazione, con ampia scelta e opzioni sia dolci che salate. Staff cortese e disponibile. Buono il rapporto qualità/prezzo. Uniche pecche, ma che non hanno intaccato la nostra esperienza: getto della doccia debole e stanze poco insonorizzate. L'ultima notte abbiamo tribolato un po' a causa di vicini rumorosi, ma non possiamo penalizzare l'hotel a causa della maleducazione dei suoi ospiti.

This stay at this hotel was very enjoyable. Rooms are of a good size and don't feel cramped in them, thwy are clean and organised. The bathroom is also of a good size with all amenities avaialble with good toiletries at hand. The beds are also of a good size and comfortable mattresses help you to a good night sleep. PPengguna TetamuAn excellent hotel, significant cheaper than the rip off prices in London, good location. 1.70 euro by subway from the centre, but get a multi ticket for a lot less. eg 3 day 10 euro. Stayed 3 nights , unfortunately for me this will probably one of my last stays as a diamond member, this stay will be remembered for that. The Lingotto stop is the better because you can walk through the shopping mall and access the shopping mall direct from the 2nd floor. ( rear lift) . Staff excellent: Only slight negative comment- the restaurant is fairly limited in choice but you would probably eat out so not an issue from our perspective. pricing of the menu though very fair. Good selection for the continental breakfast . Good gym equipment- located on each floor ive never seen that before. if back in Turin this is where we will stay.

PPengguna TetamuWe thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The rooms are really sizeable and offer good value. The bed was extremely comfortable. The staff were all super friendly(speaking English) and helpful. The hotel is 100 meters from the very efficient subway system which we used to get to the historic centre and to and from dinner - as easiest to avoid trying to find a parking spot in town for the car (the hotel offers free parking). The hotel complex in the old FIAT factory includes a shopping mall, supermarket, the roof race track an art museum and a conference centre.

PPengguna TetamuI must admit I had my concerns. My first impression I had when I saw this place while booking it was that it is some kind of a youth hostel. Yet, I took the chance and booked it. I am glad I found this most welcoming hotel. This is a mixed facility. The first 4 floors are only for university students and the top 2 (5+6) are for hotel guests. The decoration is great, new and maintained greatly. They even installed a new decorative wall paper in our floor even that the walls were in a very good shape. The staff is great, both at the front desk and the Baristas at the open dining area. The lower ground of the hotel is amazing. It has laundry machines and dryers operated by a convenient app provided by the front desk. It has quiet learning area, a gym, cooking stations, table tennis, pool table and a large screen to project your movies. Breakfast is very basic, yet, the coffee is great. The rooms terraces face the interior yard in which students may gather and have some fun. Don't mistake, it is fun, not extra noise or anything like it.

PPengguna TetamuThis is hotel really lives up to its 4 stars, and it’s such good value for money. It’s situated right next to the cathedral and is easy walking distance of everything. The architecture is stunning. The receptionist was charming, and made every effort to accommodate us, especially as my husband has a disability. Access and parking were easy. The rooms are well equipped with different glasses, cups, kettle, Lavazza coffee machine (this is Turin) , well stocked mini bar, fluffy towels, very comfy bed. The bar is pleasant and there is an atrium garden for when it’s warmer. Our dinner in the restaurant was interesting: it’s modern Italian cooking, but good and reasonably priced. If you want traditional Piedmontese food there is a square around the corner with multiple bars and restaurants. At our request the receptionist arranged a private car tour of Turin because my husband cannot walk very far. All done with efficiency and charm. We can’t rate this hotel highly enough.

PPengguna TetamuI stayed at this hotel for four nights, conveniently located near the Polytechnic. The room, all services and breakfast were all of a high standard. The room temperature was set at 21 deg C (high coming from UK winter) which I changed daily to something lower, when I remembered to do so. As a result, I used the minibar for two tins of lemonade as became very thirsty. I realised there would be a charge but I could find no information as to what this would be. I suggest that at 5 Euro per tin (on an honesty basis) this charge is far too high a markup ie half this would have been acceptable. So I downgrade my rating from 5 star to 4 star.

We had stayed there with a friend. Location is excellent, room is old (but it’s normal for italy standards); HOWEVER the education and respect level of the staff is why i give the bare minimum. I wouldn’t even give 1*. In my first night i had to quickly go to the door to pickup my order, on my way to the door the guy at the reception yells “wait, leave the keys”, as i tell him to wait 10 seconds he keeps yelling at me at the lobby repeating ‘ASPETTA ASPETTA LE CHIAVE DEVI LASCIARLI’.. Like c*glione who the hell do you think you are to yell at me? I was so busy that i couldn’t deal with the IGNORANT guy at the desk, however it is definitely worth noting the lack of education the staff has. The day before we were leaving the hotel, we got permission to leave the room 1h after the deadline time, though in the morning they called and the ONLY and FIRST thing they say was “Dovete uscire” (you have to leave). No respect, no education, staff who do not know how to speak to people. I was there with my friend at the time but if I was with someone important, the events could have been MUCH more different.. This thing is so not acceptible for hotels that they made me write my first and only review.. Hoping they get treated as they do.

PPengguna TetamuAfter my experience in this hotel, I have learned once for all that it's better not to be influenced too much by the negative (and sometimes also positive) reviews here in tripadvisor. I just wanted to tell that in my case everything was perfect: I stayed in a clean and overall good room, receptionists were polite and helpful, breakfast in the morning was very good, just what I should expect from a 3 star hotel, and actually the croissants were warm and just fresh. The communication with the hotel was perfect from the very beginning. Honestly I couldn't find any fault in anything. So I can really recommend this hotel for visiting the city, as the metro stop is also very near

L'impatto appena arrivato non è stato molto positivo per alcune ragioni che provo a sintetizzare: - Reception: Appena arrivato, alla reception c'era un signore che mi ha solamente chiesto un documento e mi ha dato la chiave dicendo di scendere più tardi per riavere il documento. Non mi ha spiegato nulla sulla colazione e non ha aggiunto altro. La verità è che c'era il cambio turno, perché appena sceso c'era un'altra signora molto gentile che mi ha spiegato tutto sulla colazione e mi ha dato informazionituristiche. Non è stato un problema, ma non è molto professionale. - La stanza: La stanza era piccola, ma essendo da solo andava bene. Purtroppo però, era datata. C'erano lampade in tessuto ingiallite, muri riverniciati ma con un palese bisogno di ristrutturazione. La serratura della porta non funzionava bene. La manopola del lavandino si staccava se la si girava un po' di più. Il sapone in stanza era una micro boccetta più una bustina: mi è dovuto bastare per 2 notti ma per stare sicuri, consiglio di portarne un po'. Dotata di frigobar, anche questo vecchissimo è mezzo scassato, e di un climatizzatore che però non rinfrescava. - Colazione: La colazione viene servita nel seminterrato ed è continentale, devo dire abbastanza varia ma non sempre con prodotti freschi (come le albicocche sciroppate). Tutto sommato, la colazione è stato un fattore positivo. - Posizione: La posizione dell'hotel è a due passi a piedi dalla stazione di Porta Nuova, molto comoda anche per andare in centro a piedi. - Prezzo: come detto, 183 euro per due notti con colazione inclusa. Secondo me, considerando che la struttura è vecchia, il prezzo è un po' alto. Insomma, se cercate un punto di appoggio per un paio di notti va bene. Come viaggiatore solitario non avevo molte pretese. Certo però, il prezzo non corrisponde esattamente alla qualità della stanza e della struttura in generale. Per soggiorni più lunghi, onestamente, lo sconsiglio.
