Hello l am doctor and frequent traveller too ..this time at very short notice we decided to celebrate 7th birthday of my son so we contacted directly @ reception we had a talk with Navjyot he was so kind and helpful to give us best deal and made sure our son's birthday was celebrated very well All staff are very soft and helpful I highly recommend Aurika!! L'hôtel est très bien situé. Le personnel de réception est très gentil et réactif. Nous avons eu un problème avec la réservation du site Trip.com et les réceptionnistes nous ont beaucoup aidé et ils ont trouvé une solution. Ils nous ont aussi conseillé pour les réservations de taxis et de visite de la ville. L'hôtel est très bien décoré. Il s'agit d'une ancienne école de miniatures, nous avons pu visiter et prendre des photos, c'est magnifique. Le restaurant n'est pas très confortable et le mobilier du restaurant a besoin d'être changé. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Excellent stay with the family. A little rough and lengthy check in, noisy corridors with people shouting across the halls and balconies even late at night. BESIDES the above we had a fantastic stay. Very courteous and helpful staff and teams, great housekeeping, superb breakfast. Will definitely recommend and visit again.
