This is my fourth time staying at B2 Hotel. This time, I stayed for five nights, from November 24 to 29. The hotel often has issues with its Wi-Fi system, and I had to ask them to renew it daily by sending a message through their Line app.
Overall, the experience was okay. The nightly room rate is approximately 600 baht or more, depending on the booking. I stayed in a Triple Room. On our last night, my son accidentally dropped a small amount of paint on the mattress—just a few drops that could easily be washed out. However, the hotel charged me 900 baht for this, which I think is excessive. If the stain couldn’t be removed, I would understand the charge, but it could easily be cleaned with detergent. Despite this, they still charged the high fee, which was very disappointing.
The service was also quite poor, especially customer service. The front office staff needs more training to be attentive to details. I stayed here mainly because of its convenient location near my workplace, but I won’t be coming back again.
