Hotel Umm Al Quwain dengan Tempat Letak Kereta

I usually don’t leave negative reviews, but after my experience at Barako, I felt it was necessary to warn others. We went there for a family dinner and were seated outside on the benches. Within minutes, we were swarmed by mosquitoes, which kept biting us relentlessly. It was so bad that we had to ask to be moved inside after just a short while. To make matters worse, as we were trying to enjoy our meal indoors, we spotted cockroaches crawling around. As someone who works in the health industry, I was truly appalled. A clean and hygienic environment is essential in any food establishment, and this was far from it. Cockroaches are a serious health hazard, and it's alarming that the restaurant is allowing them to be so visible. I would highly recommend that the management take immediate action to address these issues. Both pest control and proper maintenance of outdoor spaces should be a priority, as mosquitoes and cockroaches are not only unpleasant but can also carry diseases. We won’t be coming back, and I would advise others to think twice before dining here. To the restaurant: Please take hygiene and customer comfort seriously. It’s 2024—there are no excuses for this kind of neglect.

The place is so nice so nice, peaceful and relaxing.The hotel service is superb. We would like to extend our thanks the service staff Norman for providing us an excellent service when we had our breakfast earlier as we only requested for scrambled egg to be cooked well done for our child but he also served us slices of watermelon without seeds and to the the approacheable lifeguards and cleaners who were so nice and approacheable. We do appreciate their kind gestures towards their guests.We would also like to thank the receptionist for providing us the taxi driver's number who's so nice and dropped us home safely. All in all we enjoyed our stay and will surely come back there!

True relaxation and refreshing experience we had with our family at Barracuda Beach Resort this July'2023. From top to toe starting from Mr. Hari Krishnan - G.M to the floor cleaner every one was the best to serve us. It was just the matter of one phone call and your desired service is at your doorstep to serve. It's was my the best experience for the first time I had ever in my last 18 years of stay in UAE. Hats off to the entire team of Barracuda and to all the people behind the scenes, by giving their guest the big smile and everlasting experience while driving back home. May God bless always. Beautiful place. It gave us the feeling of a small boutique hotel. Everything was new and very clean. Fantastic amenities, beautiful pool, perfect sea view from the restaurant. We had a city view room on the last floor from where we could see the sea on the other side of the peninsula. From our balcony we had the first seats to a marvelous sunset in the see. The only draw back was that the rooms were rather small. There was one small armchair and a small table. And the wardrobe was on the smaller size. We were there for the weekend only so this wasn’t a big deal though. All in all, we would happily come back for another staycation.

Убрала одну звезду за сервис. В подобном классе отелей должны быть все принадлежности сразу в номере, а не при запросе. Возникло недоразумение по поводу комплектации номеров, и администратор не пытался решить эту проблему, которая заключалась по факту в мелочах, но оставила осадок и плохое настроение. А стоило всего лишь выдать постельное белье для ребенка и все. За это минус. В целом в отеле все понравилось. Очень красивая территория, много зелени, шикарный пляж, огромное количество шезлонгов, кафе, бассейн рядом с пляжем. Очень все симпатично. С Удовольствием вернусь вновь )
