A convenient location that is 15 minutes walk from the high speed rail station. However, if you are not familiar with local directions, you have to navigate through the railway transit station which is huge and confusing. The hotel is located at people's road which is in front of the railway station. You can take a cab which cost around CNY 9 - 11. Drivers in this region are quite hot blooded but they are kind in general. Decent and cozy place to stay. Breakfast buffet served on the second floor starting at 7:30. The sky is bright around 5:30 in the morning.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and were very impressed with both the service and overall experience. A special thank you to Shengjing, the Room Service Manager, for the outstanding service. Everything was well organized, prompt, and delivered with great care, which made our stay very comfortable. We would also like to commend Manager Gaoand Lili at the buffet restaurant. The food selection was excellent, the dining area was clean and well managed, and the service was attentive and professional. At the front desk, Taozi, Damai, and Huasheng provided exceptional service. They were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our stay, always ready to assist with a smile and great efficiency. Overall, the hotel staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We truly appreciated the hospitality and would highly recommend this hotel to others. We look forward to staying here again.

Double Tree Hilton is awesome hotel with professional service from the ground staffs. Friendly front desk staffs, attentive housekeeping team Wonderful buffet breakfast and dinner at the ”LUSH” ALL DAY DINING team. Double Tree signature biscuit is always our favorite and thanks for the free Valcano onsen and free ride back and forth to the ski activities. Will definitely stay here again for our further visits

The hotel is just wonderful, the location is perfect, near the metro, shopping center, food street Breakfasts are varied and delicious The rooms have very high-quality textiles - towels and bedding The best thing about the hotel is the staff, responsive, kind, competent. In everything related to service, the hotel is just 5 stars. You really feel like a dear guest here Of the minuses, I can only note the inconvenience of parking and a little tired renovation in the rooms, but the rooms themselves are very clean and odorless.

Needs in-house training to serve international clients. We ordered a bottle of wine on each of the two nights we stayed there. The wine was good. One waitress didn’t know how to open a twist top; the other waiter didn’t know the ice bucket for the white wine, neither offered us any opportunity to taste the wine before pouring out. We didn’t mind. It just assured us that Changchun has not been spoilt by the international tourists,but Shangri-La is usually synonymous with high quality service elsewhere.

Had 2 nights stay at Yake Town Hotel. The hotel is big with 2 double beds and 2 single beds. Comfortable for families of 5. There are many good 东北菜 eateries around. 5 min walk across the road is 重庆胡同步行街, where there are food and shopping available. Will definitely stay there if visiting Changchun again.

I recently had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient, which made the experience even better. The location was very convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and transport. I also really appreciated the overall atmosphere of the hotel — it was quiet, relaxing, and perfect for a comfortable stay. Overall, I had a great experience and would happily stay here again in the future.

The reception service staff was good and helpful especially that lady who works in the day time. She has guided me on the whereabouts within the surrounding of the hotel. She recommended a nearby big mall within walking distance whereby you can find all the local stuffs including a food court at the top of the mall where you can get reasonable good Korean food. Hotel was conveniently surrounded by big shopping mall. Getting food & buying stuffs was relatively easy.

Bilik sangat bersih dan luas, dengan TV besar dan balkoni. Ia juga sangat hangat dan selesa. Kakitangan perkhidmatan sangat mesra dan responsif terhadap permintaan kami. Lokasinya juga sangat baik, dengan banyak restoran dalam jarak berjalan kaki yang singkat. Ia hanya kira-kira 1km dari Changbai Mountain North Slope Distribution Center. Jika saya berpeluang melawat Gunung Changbai lagi, saya pasti akan memilih hotel ini.
