We had a large room with comfortable twin bed . Breakfast was very good and delicious , behind the hotel had restaurants and ginseng retail shop.We will come back again this hotel . Please take note: I have pay a deposit of 100 rmb on 14/1/26 for second room card during check in,, front desk did not refund me during check out on 20/1/26. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and were very impressed with both the service and overall experience. A special thank you to Shengjing, the Room Service Manager, for the outstanding service. Everything was well organized, prompt, and delivered with great care, which made our stay very comfortable. We would also like to commend Manager Gaoand Lili at the buffet restaurant. The food selection was excellent, the dining area was clean and well managed, and the service was attentive and professional. At the front desk, Taozi, Damai, and Huasheng provided exceptional service. They were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our stay, always ready to assist with a smile and great efficiency. Overall, the hotel staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We truly appreciated the hospitality and would highly recommend this hotel to others. We look forward to staying here again.

The rooms are very big & within like a 15 mins walking distance to the instamgramable wall! Enjoyed the stay there with kids. Each of them having their own double bed and spending only sgd 50 per room of 3 double beds per night which I thought was worth it.

The reception service staff was good and helpful especially that lady who works in the day time. She has guided me on the whereabouts within the surrounding of the hotel. She recommended a nearby big mall within walking distance whereby you can find all the local stuffs including a food court at the top of the mall where you can get reasonable good Korean food. Hotel was conveniently surrounded by big shopping mall. Getting food & buying stuffs was relatively easy.

This is a great hotel! I liked everything very much! Comfortable room, soft bed, soft pillows. Variety and tasty breakfast. Everything is very clean and hygienic. The hotel staff speaks English. Girls and boys are very friendly and welcoming. Kind and always try to help. The hotel is very conveniently located. There are many cafes and shops, shopping centers and bus stops nearby. When we settled in, we were treated to a frozen pear. And when leaving, cool water, which is very necessary in the summer heat. I am delighted with my stay at this hotel. I really want to come back here again!

And also nice people very open to help. Bilik sangat bersih dan luas, dengan TV besar dan balkoni. Ia juga sangat hangat dan selesa. Kakitangan perkhidmatan sangat mesra dan responsif terhadap permintaan kami. Lokasinya juga sangat baik, dengan banyak restoran dalam jarak berjalan kaki yang singkat. Ia hanya kira-kira 1km dari Changbai Mountain North Slope Distribution Center. Jika saya berpeluang melawat Gunung Changbai lagi, saya pasti akan memilih hotel ini.

新開的，設施啥的都很新，又乾淨。 早餐很豐富，真是都想吃，奈何沒有那麼大的胃，哈。服務很好，洗衣房和健身房一起的，就在早餐廳邊上，很方便。 1.35m的大床睡的很舒服，糟心的就是電視機，晚上信號不佳，卡頓的厲害，錦江集團入住這個問題還是有些普遍。 服務不錯，都有禮貌的會打招呼。

Жили 3 ночи с женой, в апреле 2026. Все очень понравилось. Во первых расположение: от международного автовокзала Яньцзи на такси 12мин и 5Y. Через дорогу в 20 метрах - ТЦ Белокаменный, за ним рядом ТЦ Welkom. Сделали покупки занесли в отель, пошли дальше. Если стоять спиной к центральному входу Welkom, то прямо по торговой улице «Западный рынок» 5 этажей. В обратную сторону от Welkom, пешеходная улица и подземный «Восточный» рынок. Также в западном направлении не далеко «Народный парк», далее по улице знаменитая стена селфи университета Яньбянь. Далее: персонал приветлив, показал номер брони и паспорт, оформление заняло 4 мин. Все объяснили и проводили к номеру 8333 на 3 этаже. При брони указал, подальше от лифта и без запаха курения. Номер хороший 19-20м2 с кроватью 1.8м. Мебель норм но со следами износа. Постель и полотенца белоснежные. Большой ТВ, но ни одного российского канала. Большое окно во двор отела и в проулок на улицу. Вечером и ночью с открытым окном было тихо. Температура в номере комфортная. Розетки с USB и микро. Переходник для зарядки тел не пригодился. Вода сразу горячая, моющие средства с приятным запахом. Унитаз великолепен! Он с подогревом и подсветкой, порадовал. Был маленький холодильник, но он до +15 градусов, включал в розетку сам. Если нужно для заморозки, есть другой, уточнить на ресепшене. Остальное как в описании: тапочки, зубные паста и щетки, фен, чай, вода, э:чайник. Завтраки «шведские» нормальные. Много, что есть все не перечислишь. Покушать можно хорошо и вдоволь. В лобби есть где посидеть, угоститься конфетками. Там же висят корейские и китайские национальные платья, которые можно брать для фотосессии. Приколол робот-доставщик, который ездит по коридорам и на лифте. Впечатления от отеля оч.хорошие, остановился бы здесь и другой раз. Говорят он раньше был 4****. Надеюсь мой отзыв вам пригодиться. The hotel is situated at a busy crossroad junction. The hotel lobby is small. The front desk staff was friendly. The rooms are clean. Breakfast was average with no Western menu. Though there was coffee and bread and jam, there was no breakfast cutlery to spread them with. There was only one washing machine, but with no dryer.
