Hotel Perniagaan Terbaik di Urayasu

We absolutely love this hotel and my kids wished we could stay there forever. One thing for sure, we would book this hotel again in future if going to Disney. 1. Location is good. Surrounded by malls and bridges linked to the malls. Never have to walk out far. Super accessible to shopping and food. There is also a Lawson at the lobby, which is a convenience store with lots of food and drink options and other necessities. There is a train station but we didn’t take it 2. Room we booked with 4 beds is large and spacious. The dining table helps as we often ate in as we have young kids. 3. The toiletries selection is amazing. They have a store at the lobby and u can pick what u need including hair oils, bath salts, PJs, cutleries and more. Wide selection. 4. The restaurants serve buffet food. Selection of food is decent along with the price. The lounge also serves free snacks and drinks (including alcoholic beverages) which u can take to ur room too. Snacks are mainly sweets, nuts, biscuits and candy floss. Drinks are soft drinks, slushies and tea/coffee. Alcoholic drinks. 5. Lots of washer and dryer machines in the lobby 6. Locker area to store ur luggage but if can’t fit then just let receptionist know 7. As a partner hotel for Disney they provide shuttle services very 10 mins or so. Convenient Hotel view is great. We visited this hotel in 2017, 6 years ago and loves the hotel so much we came back for the second time. Mystay Maihama is one of the closest hotel to Disneysea. It is also close to the Maihama train statiom and reachable with a 10 minutes walk. If you take a look from thw top 7th floor on clear weather you can look out to the sea. We dun find any food around so it is wise to pack some instant or microwave food from the convenience stores at the train station. The items are clean and the housekeep turnover is very nice. They even pack out huge baymax to sleep when we return back. The hot water are adjustable so besude to look behind the closet for a small controller if the water is too hot or too cold. The best item is the foot massager that really cures our leg after long walk in the disneyland. We are disappointed that we arrived late and was unable to book for the breakfast because it ran out for the buffet breakfast for the next day so we have to walk hungry to Disneyland to get our breakfast. In the morming therw is shuttle bus that starts off at 8 to bring hotel guest to first the Maihama train station then to Disneyland. The only cable there is on tv channel is CNN news and CCTV news. Other channels are local . The powerpoint is 2 parallel Type A NEMA 1-15. Please note that the pin in Japan is wider than US pin so if you are coming from U.S., the plug cannot go in We loves the hotel that we actually overstayed. I am not sure how the overstay works, we spent 3 night in the hotel and have to pay 2000yen for overstayed 40 minutes after checkout time because we were in disneyland for 2 days and overslept. So be sure to check out before 10am. We wun be coming back to the hotel any time soon because the price has changed so much since the last time we came.

We stayed here after our day at Disney. The location wasn't too far but we didn't have a car. Public transportation was easy to use. The staff were great. They were very patient and helpful with the language barrier. They made sure we understand everything and were extremely accommodating. The room was clean and we have a very comfortable stay. We would stay there again if we were to return.

처음에는 4성급으로 알고 예약했고, 예약 후 3.5성급으로 인지해서 솔직히 조금 걱정스러운 마음도 있었습니다. 도쿄베이도큐호텔로 선정한 것은 3박 4일 일정중에서 3일차에 디즈니랜드를 가기 위해서였는데, 결과적으로 매우 잘했다는 생각이 듭니다. 1. 위치 도쿄베이도쿄호텔은 신우라야스역에서 도보로는 가기 힘든 거리이고 택시로는 5분, 호텔무료셔틀버스로는 약 15분정도 거리에 있습니다. 호텔에서 셔틀버스로 디즈니랜드까지는 약 20분 거리입니다. 시부야, 아사쿠사 등 시내로 나가려면 신우라야스역으로 나가서 지하철을 2번정도 갈아타야 하는 단점이 있으나, 다음과 같은 점이 저에게는 단점을 상쇄해주었습니다. 먼저 도쿄베이라는 크나큰 바다가 호텔에서 잘 보이기 때문에 탁 트인다는 점입니다. 또 주변에 건물도 거의 없고 바로 옆이 공원이어서 매우 쾌적 하고 마치 도쿄라는 도심이 아니라, 제주도와 같은 휴양지에 온 것 같은 착각이 들 정도입니다. 그리고 셔틀버스가 매우 자주 다니기 때문에 시간만 잘 맞추면 편리하게 이동할 수 있습니다. 저는 하네다공항에서 이동했는데, 리무진 버스를 타면 도쿄베이도쿄호텔에서 도보 2분 거리에 있는 '베이사이드호텔 area'라는 곳에서 타고 내릴 수 있어서 공항이동도 매우 편리합니다. 디즈니랜드를 이용하실 분이면, 정말 적극 추천할 수 있는 가성비 좋은 호텔입니다. 2. 호텔 서비스 직원분들은 정말 친절합니다. 그리고 택시를 잡거나 다른 요청사항은 언제든지 말씀드리면 적극적으로 도와주십니다. 정말 서비스 면에서 부족한 점은 찾기 어려웠습니다. 아울러 방음도 잘 되어 있어 자거나 쉬는데도 전혀 부족함이 없었습니다. 3. 식사 등 조식부페를 이용했는데, 일본식 가정식과 카레 그리고 오믈렛 모두 3.5성급 이상의 맛있는 식사였습니다. 아이스크림과 슈크림 그리고 각종 과일주스와 탄산음료까지 오전을 풍족하게 보낼 수 있는 식사였습니다. 아울러 로비 아래층인 그라운드 층에는 로손 편의점이 있고 물건도 많아서 식음료 구매하기에도 매우 편리했습니다. 4. 그외 비고사항 호텔 근처에 묘지공원이 있습니다. 하지만 묘지공원이 보인다해도 음산한 느낌이 들거나 하지는 않습니다. 그래도 신경쓰이신다면 프론트에 체크인전에 요청하셔서 최대한 편의를 봐달라고 하시기 바랍니다. 다시한번 3박 4일간 가족여행을 만족스럽게 할 수 있게 해주신 도쿄베이토큐호텔에 진심으로 감사드립니다.

We loved how spacious the room was unlike most “small business hotels” we booked with our budget. We could open two of our huge luggages with spaces to walk around the room! We had the view of the Tokyo Bay, laundry machines and vending machines are also available in the hotel. Most importantly the shuttle bus services to the Disney parks!!! I am spoilt, I don’t think I can stay in a hotel without a shuttle service anymore 😂.

It a nice hotel from family. The room neat and well maintained. Prior, it near to Disneyland. Took a walk from hotel to Disneyland. It not that far, about 15-17minute. However, we staying facing the sea. There a 2 lanes road and occasionally there some powerful bikes/cars with turbo, there some noise. Stayed at level 10. The view is awesome and it compensated the minor noise short come

We stayed at the hotel the night before and after Disney Sea. Appreciate the free shuttle bus service. The counter staff were extremely helpful and had a reasonably good command of English. It’s a bit far from the Shin-urayusu station though. It takes 15-20 to walk there. Alternatively, you can take a taxi, which costs around 900 yen.

Too far from the major part of the Tokyo. Stay away from this hotel if you only visit in the major part of the city. This hotel room is clean and bigger than any other hotel in Tokyo that we have stayed. Though I like they give us the huge bottles of shampoo and conditioner, there’s lot of things that they need to work on: 1)They still go in our room when I put Do not disturb sign. 2)Microwave should place in common area for fast heat up, yet I like the service of microwave the food for you and bring the items to your room. It is still inconvenient. 3) No beverage given to us in the refrigerator that’s minus points. Their breakfast package help you save some money. Breakfast starts 7-10am. The breakfast foods are all same everyday, so don’t expect new menu every morning. Check out time is 12 pm and they can hold onto your luggage on your last day and take their own free bus shuttle to Disneyland. After you finish visiting Disneyland and come back to take your luggage and leave

Bilik itu sangat luas dan selesa. Mereka mempunyai tempat mandi awam di mana anda boleh berehat. Satu-satunya kelemahan bagi kami ialah tiada apa-apa lagi yang boleh anda lakukan di hotel. Amazing experience! It just help us to upstar our Disney experience! Breakfast has plentyyyy of choice of food. A FULL set of facial product - make up removal, cleanser, toner, moisturiser WOW!!! Me. Another thing is the pyjamas provided by the hotel is also very unique experience. It is so comfortable and they even have different level hardness pillow. You can choose your pillow at the lobby. The shuttle bus too allow us to reach hotel and Disney conveniently!
