The hotel is beautiful it’s central and well located. It’s very clean. It’s an amazing experience to stay in a cave. The breakfast is outstanding, Ibrahim made our day start in a wonderful way every day. Service is outstanding as everyone is pleasant, friendly and helpful specially Arda who is professional and works hard to make sure the guests are happy and Ibrahim who does the same 👍🏻. There are beautiful terraces, where to spend your mornings or nights looking at the beautiful Cappadocia. I would definitely recommend this hotel the only thing I would improve is that in a room which was 605 there was no door between the bedroom in the bathroom so you had no privacy and also at night if you turn on the light, it would just shine on the face of the other person that was sleeping, so that would be better. It also has a little bit warm but they do provide a fan that makes it much better but it’s facing the sun is hitting on it for the whole morning and the rooms to heat up other than that I would say it’s an absolute gem.

I just booked the hotel looking at the website & was little spectacle about how would it be especially not being a brand BUT trust me you have see it to believe it It’s one of the most spectacular places I’ve been to It’s a boutique hotel so you don’t see the hustle bustle of soooo many people around Very courteous staff & always ready to fulfill all your needs. I would especially like to thank Fatama (restaurant manager) who was there to provide what ever we asked for as being a VEG Indian choices in breakfast gets limited but she went all out to make our stay an Experience & there BREAKFAST…………it satisfies your 3 senses like it tastes amazing, visual treat & smell of freshness

Had the most unfortunate hotel stay here as part of a luxury cruise group booking where room assignments were definitely a luck of the draw experience but with a commonality of three very dim lamps allocated to each shabby-chic room and a mild trickle of surrounding tufa sprinkling over you during the night. After rejecting the initial offer of what seemed a recycled freestanding mausoleum with ancestral furnishings by the pool (blackout dark inside but a great view outside), we were then consigned to dim, stuffy and tufa-y quarters under the hotel pool where the AV didn’t work and the tiny bathroom flooded. Breakfast was a jabbing-elbows and jostling-chairs affair of motley polyglot tourists scrabbling for spare noms at the disorganized buffet crush in an overcrowded dining area. Others who landed more fortunate digs may have enjoyed a better stay, so if you opt for this hotel, make sure to call ahead and assure a good accommodation for yourself especially if with a tour group.

We are a family of 4, my husband and I with our 2 kids. We stayed at the Cappadocia old house. Such a relaxing cozy and hospitable environment. We were welcomed by the owner/manager after a morning flight and long morning without any food. They immediately showed us our room and had already began preparing a breakfast table for us. The room was clean and spacious enough for us. Each of us had a bed to sleep on. By the time we just placed our luggage in the room and came down to the garden the food was ready! It was a delicious Turkish breakfast spread. The staff are so hospitable and welcoming and really maintained the relaxing ambiance in the hotel. The owner made us feel so comfortable by showing my kids his kittens and the pet turtles he had in the garden! They were able to pet and carry the animals as much as they wanted. He also asked us about our day plans and helped us get around and make reservations for different excursions in the city. We Highly recommend this location. Very safe area. It was definitely worth every penny and hope to be back soon!

If you're expecting a fancy 5-star with room service, spa, multiple restaurants and all the other creature comforts, Taru Cave Suites is not for you. They're a small, family-run business with ten rooms, so they don't have all those bells and whistles. What they DO have however, far outweighs what they don't – an authentic 'cave' experience balanced with just the right amount of modern-day comforts. We reached the hotel quite late and Daniel at the front desk was up, bright as a daisy, to check us in and help us get settled. The reception is at the top level and the rooms are spread across three levels down. The room itself was spacious with a cavernous (literally and figuratively) attached bath. A big, comfortable metal (wasn't sure if it was wrought iron or brass) bed, a couple of chairs and a TV assured us we were living in modern times. A huge balcony was the highlight (ours was the only room with a balcony). Sadly, it was raining and cold and windy, so we couldn't make proper use of it. There is no room service, nor does the hotel have attached restaurants. Of course, you can order in from the restaurants in Göreme city center (they have the menus in the room), but we chose to walk around and eat at authentic places close by. They do have a breakfast place where a staff of three makes fresh breakfast every morning. If it's not too cold, feel free to take your cup of coffee to the attached terrace and enjoy taking in the view. The staff is amazing – friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Special shout-out to Daniel (thank you for taking our calls at midnight just to tell us the WiFi password!) and Bahar (thank you for pointing us to the Apetito restaurant!) Would definitely recommend this place.

This was one of the nicest hotels I’ve been too. The grounds, rooms and amenities were spectacular - and the hotel really pays attention to every detail to ensure a comfortable and fun stay. The food was some of the best we had in turkey. And we did a tour (ask for Emine- she’s the best!). Our guide was well informed and adjusted the tour to our needs. What made the stay even more remarkable and memorable was the staff - everyone was incredibly kind and patient. Thank you for a special trip. I’ll be back!

Near this hotel, on top of the hill, You can see a breathtaking outlook of the whole city, and also explore some caves nearby. In general, the Kayadibi cave hotel is in the center of Ürgüp, which makes it a convenient place to stay. The rooms are clean, furniture is authentic and well maintained. The shower works well (no problems with hot water and water flow). Although it's summertime and hot outside, the temperature in cave rooms is just perfect without extra cooling. I’m glad to have stayed in such a hotel – it’s certainly extraordinary to have an opportunity to spend some time in a cave hotel! Thanks to the hotel owner I had a pleasant experience whilst traveling in Cappadocia.

First of all we want to say thank you to Mr. Volkan who was very kind&friendly. He reccomended touristic places and helped us a lot. Fresco Cave Suites experience for us was a wonderful experience&perfect place to stay… Clean&helpful staff&historical atmosphere.In addition, we stayed in new year eve, they left little gift packages while we were sleeping which was so cute! Thank you for everything! Öncelikle bize karşı çok nazik ve arkadaş canlısı olan Volkan Bey’e teşekkür etmek istiyoruz. Bize bir çok turistik yer önerdi ve yardımcı oldu. Fresco Cave Suites gerçekten harika bir deneyimdi ve Ürgüp’te kalınacak en harika yerlerden biri kesinlikle. Çalışan herkes çok güleryüzlü&tertemiz ve tarihi bir atmosferde konakladık. Ayrıca ek olarak yılbaşı gecesi konakladığımız için kapılarımıza küçük hediye paketleri bırakmışlar, çok tatlıydı. Her şey için çok teşekkür ederiz! :)

I visit Cappadocia (solo) in June to celebrate my birthday. My hotel stay was amazingly amazing. The interiors of the hotel is so phenomenal and the breakfast gave me a feeling of a proper traditional home cooked Turkish breakfast. My friend called the hotel and informed them that it’s my birthday and requested to arrange a cake. The staff did the needful and made sure that I have a good birthday celebration. They assisted me with my all my needs and directions to nearby places during my stay. Overall my stay was satisfactory!

I felt like I was staying at my family’s home! The business is run and operated by son and father, they are very kind and easy going. The hotel has relics and antiques, making it feel very authentic. The rooms are kitschy and have a lot of character!! Beautiful views and very quiet. There’s a nice living room and patio to sit and read a book or just relax after a long day of site seeing. The bathroom shower is next to toilet without a separating wall which at first I thought was odd, but i got used to it and realized it’s fine! I saw other room has a separator and with 2 beds, so you’ll need to request this one. Also water ran hot and strong. Beds is on the harder side but for some that’s great and I hear that’s how it is in the hotels in this area. I stayed 6 nights and loved it at Born Hotel! I highly recommend this hotel for budget travelers.

It's a small hotel in Urgüp,walking distance to the Urgüp city, around 20 minutes to Goreme ( hot air baloon area). The rooms are equipped with tea coffee facility and small cooler. Rooms are equipped with heaters. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Some of them don't speak English but trying their best with a translator. However, Anal , who is at the reception can speak English and is very helpful. Even in the middle of the night he fixed the hot water in our room. He helped us with arranging a taxi to watch balloons early. He's an excellent worker. Also Fatima at the restaurant is very friendly and helpful. Attended to all our requirements at the breakfast. There are many tour agents in the town area and you can arrange daily tours. It's a beautiful, small hotel with friendly staff.
