Hotel Utah County dengan Tempat Letak Kereta

This was a fun night out though it was extremely crowded. We were there to do a zip line, full moon tour. Others were there to simply ride the lift. Those just riding the lift had a 2 hour wait regardless of prepaying for their tickets. Those riding the zip line were luckier and were able to bypass the line. We’ve zip lined several times and honestly this was a very high price tag for what you actually get. Though the moon is always cool to see, the event missed the actual full moon by three days so I’m not sure why they call it a full moon tour? All of the workers were very kind and helpful and Sundance is undoubtedly a beautiful place though you can’t see much of the scenery at night. Overall, I wouldn’t do this particular zip tour again at just under 200.00 for the pair of us. IF I had the time to wait in line 2 hours, I could see the lift ride, which has a lower price tag, being a good date night. Make sure to get at the resort at least 30-40 min early as you will be directed to park very far away and then must wait to be shuttled to where you need to be.

My wife and I stayed there for only 3 days (nights) but it was a great experience. The Staff Members were fantastic, they were enthusiastic, very helpful, and very accommodating. We ran into a snag with food delivery (Door Dash) and they were more than helpful. Even though the food delivery is unrelated to the hotel they were more than helpful. Because of the staff I would be more than happy to stay there again.

Decent breakfast, the omelette was really good one morning and there was always cooked food, pastries, fruit hams cheeses, there’s a waffle machine, rice puddings, cold drinks etc so I would say that is probably the best part Staff were friendly, they had This Works toiletries, it’s a convenient location with pretty interior but it felt like things weren’t quite right… It was so loud i didn’t have a peaceful nights sleep, as a family we had 3 rooms and they all commented on the air con system noise so I didn’t realise my room was louder until my brother was in my room to watch a film on the last evening, it came from the kitchen and was really disruptive even with ear plugs The lights were so dim I kept 5 lamps on and bathroom lights Room service was delicious but an hour after we ordered we rang down to see how long it would be then received it within the next 10 minutes so think they forgot about us (was only a quesadilla and pasta which is why we called when it had been an hour) The pool isn’t heated so the hot tub is great to jump straight in to after! But there aren’t changing rooms so you can either walk from the gym toilets into the pool area next door or get changed in pool area (rather than a changing room with a door into the pool as I would expect) I want to rate more but it almost feels like they focus on bigger things forgetting the basics? I wouldn’t normally stay somewhere this nice, it’s over double the price I regularly pay for hotels in England so I did expect more My Mum also expected dressing gowns so was a bit disappointed Tips for non US guests, the iron cord extends out of the bottom, follow the instructions on the coffee pack (no kettle) and you’ll need a room key when checking out to get out the car park

Il check in avviene in autonomia, ma questo durante la prenotazione su *********** non è specificato, lo abbiamo scoperto il giorno stesso del nostro arrivo con un messaggio che ho ricevuto tramite ***********. Per fortuna pochi minuti prima ci eravamo fermati a mangiare, quindi ero collegato alla WiFi del locale, altrimenti non avrei ricevuto nessun messaggio quindi non ho proprio idea di come avrei fatto a ricevere il codice di accesso dell'entrata principale e conoscere il numero della camera. Nel prezzo pagato è inclusa la colazione, ma di fatto la colazione non esiste, visto che le uniche cose a disposizione in una cucina in comune sono del succo d'arancia, dei cereali che non si sa da quanto tempo stanno lì, ed un contenitore con più o meno 1 bicchiere di latte. Sempre tramite messaggio lo abbiamo fatto presente al proprietario, ma non abbiamo ricevuto risposta. Peccato, perché la camera è comoda e bella.

Stayed here for 1 night towards the end of our 3 week road trip. Have a favorite indian restaurant near this hotel was why we stayed here. Arrived before the ”normal check in time” and was told to come back at 2pm. We did and the gal at the desk checked us in for 309. Went to that room and had not been cleaned at all, so we went back down with all of our belongings and she did apologize, and advised it popped up in her computer that it was cleaned. Re-assigned to room 419 and that was fine. Minor issues that did not need immediate attention, as in one of the two toilet paper holders broken from the wall and the big ”orange colored” stain on the carpet right by my side of the bed. (OMG) Since our window faced the main street, as soon as we went to bed between the traffic noise outside and the yelling screaming of kids down the hall (these walls must be paper thin) we hardly got any sleep at all. Was about to call the front desk, but figured that would be a lost cause. Would not return to this property again if in Provo.

Very nice stay at Hampton Inn in Orem Utah. Friendly and helpful staff especially Ashley went the extra mile to be helpful. Great location, we enjoyed the new Thai restaurant a block away, the golden coral is also good. We enjoyed the nice clean room, breakfast area and work out room.

the room was clean and comfortable. They had several items to choose from for breakfast. The lady in the kitchen were always there if you had questions. We were very happy with the overall service. On my next trip I will pick only Best Western.
