They shouldn’t call themselves Hilton, more like a 2-3 star motel, not very happy with the service at front desk as well.

Not the standard you would expect from a “Hilton” brand hotel

Very reasonable price hotel with very near to railway station. Nice breakfast choice for guests.

I had two nights here for a business trip. Staff was great and friendly - especially Gulab my driver. I wasn’t expecting many options for dinner, but they had a large many and the food was excellent.

Hotel staff need more training. Hotel rooms need more maintenance. All together we stayed for 32 nights- on each stay- I had requested for maintenance. Hotel needs ergonomically designed rooms for ease of guests. Hotel employees at low levels are very friendly, helpful and ready to provide services above and beyond. It’s owners who don’t want to maintain their own facilities. Their own greed is not acceptable.

I travelled first time in Vadodara and first time, I stayed in this hotel on Diwali to celebrate my birthday, with my family and relatives. I am very much glad that I received a world class service not only from the receptionist, but also a very well service from F&B staff. Miss Jahanvi Pradhan the Duty Manger, who have helped me to book a table for my 15 guests for dinner, on an extremely busy day of Diwali. She guided me with the reservation, booking the table and very well helped to all of my guests. The F&B team was also fabulous who served well in our dinner party. Overall, I received a valuable service from all of their staff. I would be happy to stay in future in the same hotel and will advise my friends and relatives too. My every guest was enjoyed a lot in Hampton by Hilton. We will look forward to staying again in the same hotel. Thanks, and best regards, Bhaumik

Very disappointed in the lack of service, this establishment claims to be a smoke free property but all I can smell is cigarette smoke in my room. Repeated complaints with no action!!! There should be signs indicating no smoking on the floors and rooms should have placards stating the same. In fact, if this was a smoke free hotel as they claim, then guest should have to pay a fine if they smoke in their rooms...

Wonderful We had an amazing stay. A big thank you to Raushan for their warm hospitality and best room service I feel like home ! Roshan cheese cake was delicious thank you for your suggestion and as per our requirements.I would highly recommend this hotel to my friends and family for their next stay in Vadodara.

Good location, close to main road, shopping, restaurants, snack shops, service was excellent, we stayed twelve days and have nothing to complain about. Breakfast was good, the Manager Mr. Bose was courteous and attentive, other front desk staff, there were several, just remember one name which is Jairaj, were all good and very courteous. Breakfast room attendants were courteous. The rooms were comfortable.

Our recent stay at the Hampton by Hilton Vadodara-Alkapuri hotel fell short of expectations, lacking the hallmark quality we associated with the Hilton brand. Firstly, the condition of the towels provided was disappointing, with evident signs of wear and tear that should have prompted their replacement long ago. The breakfast and dinner provided was average, with issues concerning both the quality of the food and its temperature (had to send noodles back twice because they were only lukewarm). Also, some issues with basic food hygiene - one of the dinner staff members, to our amazement, used his bare hands to nudge some noodles back into the pot it came in when he placed it on our table! Additionally, the cleanliness of the dining area left much to be desired, tables were not promptly cleared compromising hygiene standards. This was even when they were not busy – it was empty! In conclusion, our stay at the Hampton by Hilton Vadodara-Alkapuri did not meet the expected standards associated with the Hilton brand. If this is their accepted standard for this class of hotel, we won’t be staying at their hotels again. With improvements needed in various areas, it's challenging to recommend this hotel if you want a pleasant stay.

Had stayed here for a one night business visit. Nice decent property and value for money for its price point. Good location and in the heart of the city. The hotel itself is small with one restraunt. The in room dining food was good but spicy. The breakfast spread was decent but no desserts and cappuccino/latte. Service was great. The toiletries were great. The towels,napkins , and bathroom fittings looked really worned out and old. Pillow covers and quilts also looked a little old. All in all a basic decent property with good price point but do not expect a HILTON standard.

This hotel is located in one of the inner roads of Alkapuri in Vadodara. I stayed for 1 night on business trip. Checkin-checkout was convenient. I stayed on MAP plan (breakfast and dinner free ***** with room). Both breakfast and dinner had sumptuous spread with lot of items. Food was tasty and service was good. Hotel has a very small pool too. Tip- room nose 205, 305 are bigger in size compared to normal rooms.
