The room is spacious and well maintained. However, the AC seems not cool enough for the room and we had to turn on the fan before sleeping. The lady at the reception desk not suit to be a receptionist, she seems forceful to assist guests' request, can be seen from her facial expression as well :( Other than that, the gentlemen at the reception are helpful and always smiling. The housekeeper are attentive too. 1 thing to improve is the door card lock system. It is discharged every 12 hours and need to forth and bk to the reception desk and also,avoid calling guest in the early morning for any reason. 8am room call just to collect back the iron is not good. Received award as the best business hotel in Vadodara, hence should prepare 1 iron in every room as it is importantly required for every guest.

I had booked for one day from 28/10/2024 to the next day 29/10/2024 i paid for that but after booking i came to know that i have time only from 10 in the morning to 5 in the evening this is just a scheme to make customers then why did you write about 24 hour stay i called customer service but no one's call was getting connected because of you how much my day got ruined, if you had told me earlier then why would i pay for 3 hours? now please refund me or else give me something back for free, you have spoiled my mood and in the receipt you have given me, it is also written that why did the hotel staff throw me out from 28th to 29th, who will give me the answer to this?

Room size was small. Location is near to station. Room service was slow cleanliness was ok. Interior and exterior are ok ok type.

We checked in, later on there was no current and and they didn't have back up. The staff was nice there they let us check out, and told that in this case we will get our refund.

The stay at lemon tree hotel was excellent. Foovwas decent and our room was spacious neat and clean. The staff were very courteous and very very eager to serve. Overall it was a very pleasant stay at lemon tree and i would definitely recommend staying here.

There was no power back up in the hotel. I checked in around 7 : 30 and was waiting till 11 to get the power back up restored but it didn't happened. I booked other hotel nearby and while checking out lemon tree staff said i will get complete refund. But when my hr spoke to them they denied for refund

The hotel had electricity issue, and we had to suffer long hours, we took dinner in a pathetic condition, and even after waiting so long by 10 in night they have no firm answer to the electricity. And then i interacted with mmt customer care executive and got a solution and they arrange our hotel transfer to another good hotel, this support is appreciated thanks.

No electricity for most of the period of stay leading to blackout of entire hotel premises. However, the staff was very supportive and they tried their best to rectify the issue which was resolved later but had to face a lot of difficulty because of this.
