The receptionist mr bose has been the worst i have ever come across. He is rude and unhappy with his job it seems. Because of which my experience at this property will rate a 0 on 10! he delayed everything of ours because we questioned him something’s. His colleagues are also not happy with him it seems as the one who came to drop us to the room said the same that a lot of other guest sighted the same issue. None the less the worst fern experience of my life, never witnessed this in any other fern property!

Property has good location and hotel is clean but behavior of staff was pathetic. They refused entry to our guests in room even after we had asked that they will book a room and will stay with us. Yet they were not allowed entry till we had not paid them booking amount for additional guests. They have no good place for guests to sit in the lobby but they had courtesy to refuse guest entry. This is not at all acceptable nor it was intimated to us. Further, at the time of check out they wasted our time despite the fact that check out time was intimated to them at-least 10 hours prior. Food quality was also very very poor.

When you book from mmt, they will not give you good room and a room near staircase or at the deep end of the corridor will be given. I also see that mm t booking they will not give news paper in the room and will say that its not included.

In food. There is no such option in nonveg. Only 1-3 items are there. Not so hygienic food. Property location is awesome. Its very near to station.
