Ulasan River Hostel

The hostel was adequate for my needs. Unfortunately, it was very noisy. The breakfast is a nice bonus but nothing special. You can rent a towel without extra charge. The location is very good.

River is soooo great. Not only its structure, but also staffs and rooms. We got a 4 beds room, 3 friends. All clean, organised and easy. Only “down” is that slowly lift, but we’re on holidays, right? It’s all fine. Highly recommend.

I didn’t sleep because of others snoring. First time when I visited that time they used to give us door password. This time they charge 5 euros for one key🙂

There was a mix-up with the check-in, and the bed sheets had stains.

The hostel has an excellent location just in front of the river and a few step from the centre of the city and the old town of Valencia. The room is very comfortable as has lots of space however the shower and the toilet are in the same floor but far from the room. The staff were really friendly but some of them don’t speak Spanish.

Spacious big place. Reception very friendly & helpful. No keys, doors operated by codes. Shower is warm & good. Hostel is about 8 minutes ride from bus station. Hostel is a very short walk to historical Valencia. Clean, bright place...kitchen breakfast at 4 euro is good.

The best hostel I ever been

The location is fabulous,-perfect for walks or getting to the city center or attractions, staff is helpful. The only thing is that in the female dorm some bunk beds feel like coffins.

Perfection

Perfect stay. Great care to details! If I could improve something, I'd add a few more tables for breakfast because the bar gets very busy in the morning!

Location: 10/5 just next to the train station and very close to most of the attraction area around 25 - 30 mins. And 1 hour to the airport. Safety: 3/5 be aware that there is no separate locker in the bedroom however there is a locker room where you can store your big luggage but there is no way to prove the owner as everyone just get the key enter the room and take whatever they want. There is no staff monitor the luggage storage so I end up kept my luggage inside my bedroom and I experienced one of the lady in my room approached my luggage twice but she ran away when she found that I catch her hence I need to keep my luggage on my bed on chained it. Amenities: 1/5 no towel, no soap Facilities: 3/5 to shared for 20 peoples you have 2 toilet and 2 shower room however the cooking area and social area is nice. Recommend for those who spend less time in accommodation and carry less stuff or non-valuable item. Be caution if you stay in 10 bunk beds room you may face a difficulty in sleeping as at the night many people keep getting in and out and make a noise even there is a rule to reduce the noise after 10 but obviously not all traveller following that.

Everything was alright, but the beds, especially the pillows, were really uncomfortable. Maybe think about bringing your own one.
