Wonderful experience, fantastic location with great amenities and lovely staff.

If you are coming to Mallorca to explore "Sierra de Tramuntana" this is your place. Huge and beautiful rooms with stunning seaview and big terrace. Sunset is incredible from here. Lorena is very kind an amazing Frontdesk Manager who gave us many useful tips. Breakfast is OK as well, very good value for price. The hotel has a free parking outside which is very convenient.

여기 숙소 강추합니다!!!!!!!! 들어가자마자 와~~~소리가 나왔어요!!!!!! 숙소 갔던 곳 중에 젤 맘에 들었어요 뷰가 끝짱나여!!!! 특히 노을맛집입니다 산꼭대기에 위치한 숙소고 차를 타고 갈때 도로가 엄청 쫍아서 무조건 천천히 달리셔야합니다 이래서 작은차를 빌려야하는 이유가 있나봅니다!!! 조식은 맛이 앖어요! 저녁식사는 예약해야하고 대체로 음식은 맛있었어요! 예약안하고 가면 설국열차에 나오는 암줌마처럼 생기 여직원이 겁나 한숨쉬고 기분나쁜티를 냅니다^^제가 영어를 잘 못하는데 못알아 듣는다고 쿠사리까지 주더라거요^^ 밥먹다 체할뻔했어요 영어를 못한 내가 잘못이겠죠?!! 이점 빼고는 숙소직원분들 모두 사랑스럽고 친절하셨습니다!! 원래 리뷰는 잘안다는데 저처럼 기분나쁠수 있는 상황을 안당했으면 하는 바람에 남겨요!!!

Fantastic service from the moment we walked through the door. This was our second stay at The Continental and to our great surprise we were upgraded to a magnificent suite with amazing sea views. Lovely staff, excellent pool and blessed by the weather.

It was perfect! Big beautiful room with a view. We loved the large shower. The air conditioner worked so good. It was so nice to have a big elevator. The grounds were gorgeous. The views and the pool were amazing. We were so happy we chose to stay here.

My wife and I had such an amazing time staying at the hotel. The staff went out of their way to surprise us with a room upgrade for our honeymoon. The rooms, views, and food at the restaurant were absolutely amazing. This hotel was one of the best, if not the best, that we have ever stayed at due to the combination of the hotel itself, location, and the very warm and welcoming staff. We definitely plan to return to Mallorca and will definitely stay at the Hotel Bordoy Continental again.

Fantastic location about 4K outside of Valldemossa. There is a path up hill and then down along the side of the road into the village itself. The staff are friendly and the rooms are HUGE! We are a superior double with sea view on the 5th floor. Very nice. Powerful jet shower which was excellent! We had dinner at the hotel restaurant which was very nice. We also had lunch twice by the pool and the food was excellent. The pool setting is lovely.

My wife and I have recently spent 10 nights in Hotel Bordoy Continental Valldemossa. This has probably been one of the nicest hotels we have ever experienced. From the moment we arrived on site we knew this was going to be good. There's a decent sized car park which is very easy to access located adjacent to the hotel reception which is important as you're going to need a car at this location. The check-in was very simple and pleasant and the staff were very helpful and friendly. This was a common theme right throughout our stay - every single member of staff that we encountered was friendly and helpful - a rarity in today's world! When we got to our room (a junior suite with sea view on the top floor) we were blown away by the space and airiness of the room and the view from the spacious balcony was one of the best we have ever seen. We spent quite a bit of time on that balcony watching the super yachts on the sea below the hotel. One of our favourite things about this hotel is the location - the peace and tranquility is second to none - especially at the back where there's not even a hint of road noise. The only possible downside is that you will need a car to go anywhere unless you're happy to wait for the public bus (there's a bus stop right outside the hotel). We stayed on a Bed and Breakfast basis so every morning we had a beautiful 3-course breakfast with lots of personalised choices for cold and hot food etc. So, all in all we were extremely happy with our choice of hotel for our holiday in Valldemossa and we would go back there without hesitation if we get the opportunity in the future.

Really enjoyed my 4-night stay at the Bordoy Continental in July 2024. The rooms were spacious and desiged using a beige/white color pallette which I felt had a calming effect. I had a room with a balcony overlooking the sea offering almost Santorini-like sunsets. The food at the hotel restaurant was excellent, both breakfast and dinner. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Note that you will need a car to get around as the location is remote. It's a strong 4-star hotel (not sure why Google Maps shows a 3-star rating).

The positives: lovely, large clean room with a balcony and view looking out to sea - incredible sunset! Shower was excellent, nice products. Friendly staff Nice pool area, with plenty of beds and shade Dinner was good and breakfast plentiful. Negatives: Pool was closed for cleaning until 10.30am with no prior warning given so no morning swim, particularly if you’re checking out the same day. Wish we had been told this before getting up early to swim. Cocktails from the pool bar were poor, and it was shut abruptly at 6pm with no ‘last orders’ given. You can get drinks from the hotel bar a short walk away and bring them to the pool. No free drinking water in the rooms Food We asked to see a dinner menu in advance and it wasn’t available- also no menu posted online so we had no idea what to expect (or prices!) The menu was probably overlong and could focus more on great quality local produce of which there is a ton in Mallorca. Prices were around €10-15 for starters, €20-30 for main and €10 for desert so reasonable for a hotel restaurant. We had octopus which was good but came with only 5 roasted new potatoes. Cod ‘Mallorcan style’ - waiter couldn’t tell us what it meant or what that included - cod was cooked well, vegetables a bit overdone. Dessert was delicious - I don’t know if it was bought in or made on site but really good.

Excellent stay! Great location if you want to stay on this side of the island! Could not recommend more. Beautiful room and unreal view. Breakfast was delicious and worth the price! We can’t wait to come back on our next trip to Mallorca! Fantastic time!

Sublime location and views of the sea - this is tranquil heaven for those who want it. Great rooms - very comfortable, clean, well-kept. Very friendly and attentive service. Pool a little walk from the hotel but also wonderfully appointed. Just what I wanted for the “other side” of Mallorca
