Ulasan Hotel Tuxpan Varadero

Tuxpan hotel has huge green territory with many places to chill and take photos. Beach line is clean and well protected by security guards. Food was good enough, every evening was meat and seafood, vegetables and fruits. Staff are friendly and fix little troubles very fast. Evening dance and singing show by Tropigala ballet was awesome!!! Thank you for hospitality dear Tuxpan team!

Please do not waste your money rather pay extra £50-60 and go to a decent hotel Receptionist useless , we have arrived at 1pm and check in is at 3pm they would not let us enjoy a pool even though didn’t expect to have a lunch if that was their problem We had to go out of the hotel to for couple of hours before they could check us in Horrible service ! I’m travelling a lot but this have never happened to me Anyway .. after check in at 3 pm room wasn’t ready until 4pm So we went to sit by the pool where they told us that they have no soft drinks at all and there isn’t water running They didn’t have even bottled water for my daughter for drinking , we were fine as the only drink they had was a beer So imagine no water , you can’t flash the toilet either Terrible terrible terrible Please avoid if you can !!!

設施比較老了，但是服務人員挺好，衞生也還可以，不像別的有的古巴四星全包酒店房間還有螞蟻。但是有個通病就是蚊子和蒼蠅多，建議國人去送他們一點滅蚊燈。古巴不能要求太高，對食物要求也不能高，別人在努力生活。海灘和海水絕對是世界一流的。

Die Hygiene lässt wirklich zu wünschen übrig. Man muss sehr viele Teller zur Seite legen, bis man endlich ein einigermaßen sauberen Teller gefunden hat. Sie haben nicht genug Strandhandtücher für die Gäste und das Zimmerpersonal legt uns nur die Hälfte der Handtücher ins Zimmer und behauptet dann wir hätten sie verloren. Sowas wie dort habe ich noch nie erlebt. Einzig und allein die Lage und der Strand sind besonders positiv hervorzuheben

El hotel muy bonito, muy grande, con actividades para todo el día. bares, cafeterías, comida las 24hrs todo incluido, gran variedas de comidas tipo buffet, shows nocturnos increíble. Los empleados fueron como una familia más para nosotros Y lo mejor!!! La música!!! Con muchos artistas tocando música en vivo en cualquier momento sin duda fue lo mejor!!!!

Muy buen servicio . Todo el personal muy amable . La playa súper bonita , limpia tranquila .. la comida y todo en general muy bien . 👍🏻

El trato de el personal fue excepcional ,todos muy acabales y serviciales ,el hotel es agradable y cómodo ,la distribución de las camas en los cuarto es apropiada para mi familia ya que elegí una habitación de 3 camas ,lo saqué para mi familia y la pasaron muy bien Gracias

En fait cet hotel a du être un bel établissement il y a bien longtemps, mais il est dans son jus,, pas entretenu, pas renové, les ouvertures aluminium sont si vétustes qu'on ne peut les ouvrir .. les rideaux pas lavés,,, tout est vetuste,,, le pire c est le restaurant,, les pauvres cuisiniers font ce qu'ils peuvent avec ce qu'ils ont, ils tournent toujours avec les memes ingredients,, pas de pain, pas de gateaux, il n y a quasiment rien,,, par contre le personnel est gentil, la piscine est bien nettoyée , espaces verts entretenus, belle plage,,, on sent qu'il y a de grandes difficultés à maintenir cet hotel , c est dommage, c est noté 4 étoiles pour moi c est un plus un 2 ou 3 etoiles pour être gentil ....

沒見過垃圾成這樣的酒店 吃的路邊攤都夠不上 房間發黴腐臭 水還給的上個房客喝剩下的半瓶 服務態度差*** 爛到透頂 不知道好評怎麼來的

Muy buen servicio, la comida estupenda, es la segunda vez que estoy en el año, sin duda volveré el próximo año

El hotel está bien, con los efectos de la vejez, como por ejemplo el control del aire acondicionado en algunas habitaciones no trabaja, la comida no es variada, pero aceptable de acuerdo a la situación del país, lo que es en verdad molesto, es que no hay aire acondicionado en el hotel, excepto en las habitaciones y en el restaurante, en pleno verano la temperatura vuelve agobiante el ambiente. Todo el personal se desvive por atenderte, muy amables y muy serviciales, la sra que atiene calidad, muy preocupada y muy receptiva, y dispuesta a resolver cosas. Realmente si en algún momento algo me hizo olvidarme del calor fue el trato de todos ello.

This was our 8th trip to Tuxpan. The hospitality and friendly people are always amazing. We were are the tail end of April and the resort was very quiet. The beach was amazing. The AC worked well in our room because man, it was hot. Shortages have hit Cuba hard since COVID and it showed. The food on the resort was very limited selection but we always had something to eat. My biggest disappointment was in the quality of the drinks. The rum wasn’t Havana Clu or Cubay like it used to be. It was a cheaper brand called Black Tears and although OK, it wasn’t quite as good. These are minor points and we still had a wonderful stay in a small resort where the staff really get to know you. I went into town quite a bit because there you can find anything you want great food, drink, etc for still cheap prices. $4 beer, great meals etc. Another note on the resort. The piano/sax player, Daniel is a wonderful guy and we spent a couple of evenings just sitting and talking. Another example of how friendly everyone is. Will I go back to Tuxpan? Absolutely. Will I go back in late April? Honestly, it was very hot. I think I’d back it up a few weeks. We love Tuxpan and our last trip before this one was 7 years ago. Yet the front desk clerk recognized us as soon as we walked in the door 7 years later. If you want a small hotel with people who will make your visit memorable, I highly recommend Tuxpan.
