Lo primero a destacar es el servicio por parte de los trabajadores que ha sido excelente, y muy en especial el de las cámaras y mayordomos. La ofertas en el restaurante Buffet no está a la altura de un hotel 5 estrellas basándonos en la variedad de productos, pero si es de destacar que están muy bien elaborados y con muy buen sabor.

omg where do i start . hotel clean beautiful and very well organized . from check in that took literally 5 minutes to the room being exactly where I requested it.(in from of the main pool on the ground floor):). to the fantastic service at the lobby, buffet and pool . The infinity pool at the lobby with fantastic views of the ocean was spectacular. resort clean , employees so friendly . Thank you to gilberto at the buffet for offering such great service i will come back to this hotel thanks to him and his coworkers at the buffet. Every morning, lunch and supper we had a table ready for us, reminds me of old school cuban service . food was plentiful even for us and we don’t eat meat. really this resort exceeded my expectations. The only issue I had is with the beachfront, which was not particularly the best cuban beaches ,especially if you would like to take a long walk on the beach, however, walking a few minutes away from the resort on the beach you do get to a better beachfront and you can have a long walk. everything else was so perfect that it will not keep me away from coming back to this resort. wow i was impressed . good job to the managers for keeping service at this resort a priority. 5* honestly . bravo
