（良いところ） ロビーが綺麗で素晴らしい スタッフの対応、身なり、サービスが良い 15時チェックインのところ12時に行っても普通にチェックインできた レストランが綺麗 ベッドがふかふかで寝やすい ラウンドリーサービス良し プールはそれなりに綺麗。泳げないレベルではない。 朝ごはんビュッフェのメニューが毎日？変わる。2泊したけど変わってて良かった。 （悪いところ） 友人のイヤホンが部屋で失くなったが見つからなかった。チェックアウト後2時間程度なのに… ドライヤーが古い 日中は工事の騒音が酷い 時々停電する（1分くらいで復旧するが頻度が高い…） ホテル内施設（屋上、ラウンジなど）所々行き届いていないところがある 全体的に古く、寂れている感じがある。 窓からの景色がよくない（周りの廃墟など） 朝ごはんのパンがマズい（クロワッサン、ドーナツなど）改善すべき。

Our stay at Hotel Varuna was undoubtedly the highlight of our visit to Varanasi. The hospitality was impeccable, and the food was a delightful mix of flavors that we eagerly anticipated at each meal. The cleanliness and upkeep of the hotel were top-notch, creating a serene and inviting atmosphere. With comfortable rooms and excellent facilities, Hotel Varuna truly feels like a peaceful haven in the bustling city. A perfect blend of relaxation and comfort!

We had a fantastic stay at Taj Ganges Varanasi ! The entire team of Taj Ganges Varanasi service were just too good and we were really pampered ! While booking the hotel I was not sure about this hotel. The hotel was far better than my expectations. Rooms are good sized, clean and neat bathrooms are well maintained clean. Restaurant was in ground floor was nice the food was tasty. Good breakfast in morning many choices. I checked out for spa but looks like it’s closed maybe due to higher charges. Overall hotel is good for staying

The exterior of the colonial-style building, ***** with the garden and dining areas, is beautiful and well-maintained. The restaurant offers excellent and varied cuisine at very reasonable prices. The staff is friendly and attentive to customer needs. The Indian and egg dishes served at breakfast are delicious. The coffee at the café and the modern lunch options are also very good. The spa was a wonderful experience. The New Year's Eve celebration was very enjoyable. The location is good. The rooms are comfortable, the beds are cozy and housekeeping ensures daily cleanliness. One small point of improvement would be the rooms, which could benefit from some refurbishment over time, particularly the bathrooms. Additionally, more thorough cleaning in corners and areas like the balcony doors would be appreciated—but this is a minor issue. Overall, a lovely stay!

Well ,hotel was ok. But food was very expensive and they only provided 500 ml 2 water bottles,they should provide atleast 1 liter . Prices are bit high according to hotel facilities and amenities. Overall it is good hotel. If they can provide better prices it would be good.

The hotel is stylish but it is very far from everything. The hotel has a taxi but the prices are more than double. If not for the hotel, taxi drivers will try and extract the maximum from you. Based on location I would not recommend unless you have a car of your own.

This is a popular place and it's easy to see why. Tastefully decorated with a colourful hippy vibe, it's a warm, inviting hostel. Its a bit tricky to find when you first arrive as it is nestled amongst the narrow labyrinth of back streets, only accessible by foot or by motorbike. The double room we had was very comfortable and had an ensuite and a little fridge which was great for keeping drinking water cool. The rooftop is a great place to mingle with other guests so solo travellers soon make friends with other guests staying there. On our first night, there was a great acoustic group playing, everyone sang ***** ( not us, it was all in Hindi!) But still we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and dispite being old enough to be everyone's parents we were made warmly welcome! They served cold beers but no other alcohol. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They helped us arrange our taxi to our next destination and even walked with us, carrying our bags and leading us out of the labyrinth to the taxi, for which we are very grateful.
