（良いところ） ロビーが綺麗で素晴らしい スタッフの対応、身なり、サービスが良い 15時チェックインのところ12時に行っても普通にチェックインできた レストランが綺麗 ベッドがふかふかで寝やすい ラウンドリーサービス良し プールはそれなりに綺麗。泳げないレベルではない。 朝ごはんビュッフェのメニューが毎日？変わる。2泊したけど変わってて良かった。 （悪いところ） 友人のイヤホンが部屋で失くなったが見つからなかった。チェックアウト後2時間程度なのに… ドライヤーが古い 日中は工事の騒音が酷い 時々停電する（1分くらいで復旧するが頻度が高い…） ホテル内施設（屋上、ラウンジなど）所々行き届いていないところがある 全体的に古く、寂れている感じがある。 窓からの景色がよくない（周りの廃墟など） 朝ごはんのパンがマズい（クロワッサン、ドーナツなど）改善すべき。

Our stay at Hotel Varuna was undoubtedly the highlight of our visit to Varanasi. The hospitality was impeccable, and the food was a delightful mix of flavors that we eagerly anticipated at each meal. The cleanliness and upkeep of the hotel were top-notch, creating a serene and inviting atmosphere. With comfortable rooms and excellent facilities, Hotel Varuna truly feels like a peaceful haven in the bustling city. A perfect blend of relaxation and comfort!

We had a fantastic stay at Taj Ganges Varanasi ! The entire team of Taj Ganges Varanasi service were just too good and we were really pampered ! We sincerely thank every one for your kindness and service. The staff were very kind and the service was top class. Deepak, Vivek, Ashish, Tanu were very kind with their impeccable service. Thank you very much. Thanks to the Chef Nishant for great food and especially the Benares food! Thanks to Aayush for the arranging the daily tours and ground transportation. While booking the hotel I was not sure about this hotel. The hotel was far better than my expectations. Rooms are good sized, clean and neat bathrooms are well maintained clean. Restaurant was in ground floor was nice the food was tasty. Good breakfast in morning many choices. I checked out for spa but looks like it’s closed maybe due to higher charges. Overall hotel is good for staying

Unfortunately we were very disappointed by this hotel experience. On arrival the lobby smells musty and our rooms smelled even worse and entirely damp as if there had been flooding. I think this may be the case as on several floors there was mattresses etc in the corridors. I managed to swap rooms to one which smelt better and I can’t fault the staff in their handling of this however like my first room this was dated, rundown and generally in need of improvement. Baths were dirty in two of our room and the drains smelled bad. Appliances like the fridge were very out of date and looked unclean and the plug socket came off in my hand when I tried to unplug my own appliance. Mattresses are rock solid as were the pillows which look very old and in need of replacement. My friend had torn bedding in her room as well as stains on towels etc. I had laundry done while I was staying which was delivered back to me with some items still damp. When I told housekeeping about this they told me to just dry them in the room which having paid for this service isn’t acceptable. I will say the food and restaurant staff were excellent as were the hotel shops and their staff and goods. Additionally the housekeeping staff (I didn’t get his name) was exceptional in his kindness and hospitality. The bar however was laughable with all of our orders made wrong, simply told no to what we wanted to order in the first place and unable to make the majority of the menu. We were booked here as part of a tour and this was in the 4 star comfort category which is simply not the case and I will pass this onto our tour provider. To make matters worse when I tried to argue the bill. For laundry on checkout the manager on duty Mr Shunkars attitude was appalling and combative. I explained I wouldn’t be paying for the wet items or the express delivery charge when we had the standard charge. His response was unprofessional, unhelpful and generally unacceptable. Overall, I simply would not recommend for your trip.

Been staying in Surya Kaiser for a few years and time has come to thank their whole team for the hospitality and pleasure we derive staying here. The location is ideal, couple of minutes drive from Train Station, 10-15 minutes drive to Vishwanathji temple. The hotel is Majestic offering 5 star comforts at much reasonable prices. Dont forget the sumptuous breakfast, offering vide varieties of cuisines ***** with live counters. The ground floor restaurant is majestic and gives a feel of royalty, especially the beautiful flooring that is more than a century old. Overall a perfect stay.

Well ,hotel was ok. But food was very expensive and they only provided 500 ml 2 water bottles,they should provide atleast 1 liter . Prices are bit high according to hotel facilities and amenities. Overall it is good hotel. If they can provide better prices it would be good.

The hotel is stylish but it is very far from everything. The hotel has a taxi but the prices are more than double. If not for the hotel, taxi drivers will try and extract the maximum from you. Based on location I would not recommend unless you have a car of your own.
