Dengan 2 anak, kami menempah bilik keluarga. Biliknya cukup besar, tetapi kemudahannya agak lama. Bilik itu dilengkapi dengan khemah dan gelongsor kecil, yang sangat disukai oleh anak-anak. Snek dihantar setiap hari, dan sarapan pagi lumayan, dengan pilihan masakan Cina dan Barat. Kanak-kanak berumur 5 tahun ke atas dikenakan bayaran HKD 66, manakala kanak-kanak di bawah 5 tahun percuma. Yang paling mengejutkan ialah kuih ubi keledek dan sup bijan pada waktu teh petang, saya sangat menyukainya, walaupun sedikit manis. Dalam tempahan dinyatakan (15:00-19:00), tetapi pada hari pertama kami tiba di restoran pada 17:45 dan diberitahu ia tutup pada 18:00. Pelayan restoran malah bertanya siapa yang memberitahu saya 19:00, dengan sikap yang tidak mesra. Tidak mengapa, pelayan bilik mempunyai sikap yang sangat baik, dan kakitangan kaunter hadapan bersikap sederhana, tidak sebaik hotel bajet di negara kami. Kami menginap selama 3 hari, lokasinya sangat strategik. Kami berulang-alik ke lapangan terbang dengan bas A11 yang berhenti berhampiran, hanya beberapa minit berjalan kaki.

Our three-night stay at the Cordis Hotel in Mong Kok was exceptional in every way. The hotel staff, particularly those at the frontline and our room attendant Kaity, provided outstanding service. Additionally, the staff at the gym and pool area were warm and welcoming, always greet us with a smile. The pool staff, in particular, were diligent in their service, providing drinks and towels and ensuring the pool area doors were managed efficiently. The rooms were both spacious and comfortable, and the fitness facilities were of a high standard, featuring comprehensive gym equipment and an impressive spa pool. The hotel's connection to Langham Place shopping mall and proximity to a subway station further added to the excellence of our stay. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a trip to Hong Kong.

Bed was big and comfortable. I didn't really like the pillows, which were squishy down, so even the pillow marked ”Hard” was still very soft. Room was not as small as anticipated for Hong Kong, so that was a plus. The bathroom is pretty tiny, only 1 person can fit at a time. Water pressure was good in both shower and sink. The design of the light switches should be improved, as you can't turn all the lights off from the bed. Cleanliness of the shower needs improvement. The shower door and corners gaskets had visible signs of mildew. It's understandable since it's so humid in Hong Kong. Everything else in the room and bathroom was clean enough. Air conditioning was strong. There's many drawers for storage in the coat rack area, so that's a plus. Location was good, 7 min walk from the metro station and the bus to the airport. Room was pretty quiet, other than guests in the hallway. Cleaning staff was nice and asked if we needed anything when we saw them. Overall felt like a luxury hotel with a budget feeling, but it's Hong Kong, so you can't expect luxury without the price tag. Next door is the lobby to their luxury version of this hotel, don't go there accidentally. Forgot to take photos of the hotel or room, so here's a shot of the night ferry view.

10/10 experience! We went in early May, a non-peak period. So at below 500 HKD, we got a clean comfortable room, a HK afternoon tea buffet, an access to the 30/F lounge to enjoy the beautiful HK night scenery with champagne, wine and soft drinks provided, and a gym. Huge W. The room is a bit compacted but standard 4-star hotel quality. Location is great, just a few minutes away from MTR station, and hugely accessible to landmarks in HK. I mean at such a price, I can’t find anything to complain about. I can’t find another 4-star hotel that provide such package at such price. The price of this hotel fluctuates more than other hotels - could go 2-3 times more expensive in peak period but once we reach non-peak period, this hotel is the best 4-star choice BY A MIL.

I’ve stayed at The Mira Hong Kong many times over the past ten years, and it has always been one of my go-to hotels in the city thanks to its excellent location and overall reliability. The position is definitely one of its strongest assets—very central and convenient for both business and leisure. The breakfast is also very good, with a wide selection and consistently high quality. That said, as I had already noticed during my previous stay last year, the rooms are starting to feel a bit worn and would benefit from a refresh. While still comfortable, some details show signs of heavy use, which is understandable given how busy and high-traffic the hotel has always been. It also feels like the hotel—and to some extent Hong Kong itself—no longer reflects the same level of vibrancy and excellence it once had. Prices have adjusted accordingly, which makes the overall value more balanced than before. One aspect worth noting is that breakfast, if not included in the room rate, is extremely overpriced compared to what is offered. Overall, despite these points, I would still return, mainly for the strategic location and the consistency of the experience. With some updates to the rooms, it could easily regain its former standard.

Great location on Nathan road and near MTR and bus stops. Room is better than expected with this price. Carpet is clean like very high priced hotel. Although very small wear and tear, aminities are very good. No complimentary water bottle and no coffee sachets. This may be HK routine or not. I am not sure.
