The hotel is excellent. The customer service is superb. Anchal at the reception is extremely helpful. We highly recommend this hotel. The hotel is in a very convenient location. The laundry service is very good & cheap. You can get clean filter water for free. The chef and cooking staff are amazing. You won’t regret your stay here.

Read one or two negative reviews of this place. Not sure why as it was fine, the problem is some people just want a Holiday Inn rather than something with a bit of Indian charm! Room was well appointed with very comfortable bed, staff were friendly and helpful. Didn’t eat dinner here but the two breakfasts we had were good with plenty of choice. There’s a small western style shopping centre nearby if you need an air conditioned cool off. There’s even a Maccie Ds if you’re craving some western fast food after all your curry 😎. Although no beef of course!

It is an amazing hotel, lives by the brand expectation. Very comfortable, not very far from the temple and conveniently located from where u can always get transportation. I specifically wanted to recognize the staff 'Amarjeet' from housekeeping department. He did the service for our rooms, and his honesty was very impressesive. In the rush to reach temple on time we left a heavy amount on the bed...and none of us even remembered about it. This *** cleaned both our rooms...where a lot of valuables were left in rush. Every thing was cared and nicely left where it was . We appreciated him and shared our gratitude. Also wanted to congratulate the management for such an amazing people in their team. Once again Amarjeet we thank you for your honesty and gesture.

The hotel is stylish but it is very far from everything. The hotel has a taxi but the prices are more than double. If not for the hotel, taxi drivers will try and extract the maximum from you. Based on location I would not recommend unless you have a car of your own.
