Comfort inn is a good place to stay, calm and relaxing, with good rooms, clean and comfortable. The restroom was clean and was hygienic. They provided a nice kettle with instant tea and coffee sachets. Wi-fi and tv were good and functional. The good part was the team at the restaurant; the staff were cooperative, suggested and served good food. Overall, a nice weekend stay.

The property is located in the cantonment area of varanasi ***** with most of the hotels. At check-in, i was given a queen court even though i had booked kings court room. I had moved in and discovered that this does not match the description of the room i selected. I challenged them and later was shifted to kings court. This was not a nice experience. Rest of the stay was peaceful and staff was cooperative. I also felt that the property is lacking a bit of maintenance. For example there was small balcony outside the room. But it is not maintained.
