Good and comfortable with walkable distance to church. The room was clean and there were no issues with any of the amenities.

The behavior of the hotel receptionist staff made us very difficult because we reached the hotel at 12pm but we got the room until around 1pm and we were waiting. All that time his speech was very bad. The room was very nice. Hotel is good but staff is very bad

We checked-in around 5. 30 pm, since there was a location confusion i called the reception he was so rude & he doesn't know what is hospitality. As we checked in we asked for a tea, they said no room service. Next day morning no breakfast they said only lunch and dinner. . "makemytrip" the hotel experience was not good.

Great location, right next to the entrance gate of morning star church, good rooms and spacious bathroom - (dental kit, tiny sop a bar (at least not the medimix) and a hair dryer. They have a kettle but no coffee / tea sachets - when checked they said it is only for hot water. Well overall, decent stay, but just not worth the cost - at this cost and for the brand name of four seasons, this place is nowhere close to it or value for money, neighboring hotels charge much less and provide all basic standard facilities and toiletries, kettle etc.
