Absolutely superb. Perfect in every way! Location is fantastic - away from the crowded masses but close to everything you want. Our family of four loved it!! The staff are simply the best - friendly, helpful, and personable. They make you feel like you’re their only guests - and with only 15 rooms, the service is second to none. Breakfasts are a real treat and the secluded garden terrace is a dream. I never write reviews but I wanted to for this hotel. It’s special- you’ll be delighted and happy you stayed here. I hope to be back someday!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

服務非常好，離開火車站走路7分鐘，算是非常近。酒店鬧中取靜，mini bar裏的水是免費。裝修非常新，很現代

주요 관광지랑 걸어서 최소 20분이라 엄마가 조금 힘들어하셨어요. 그치만 호텔자체가 조용하고 바로 뒤에 슈퍼마켓도 있었던 것은 좋았습니다. 기차역이랑은 가까운 편이에요! 친절도는 최고였습니다. 숙소는 사진보다는 조금 더 넓어보여요. 그리고 저희가 묵은 방은 천장이 높았습니다!

This was a lovely property conveniently situated. The staff could not have been more kind or helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and always done with a smile. A lovely breakfast buffet and an excellent bar in the evening where a nightcap could be taken by yet another excellent member of staff. Would stay here again if returning to Venice and would highly recommend.

An excellent property that is fresh and new. All of the staff were friendly and quick to support any request. The room was spacious and modern, and very quiet. This did work against it however as any footsteps or voices in the halls were very clear. That aside, the hotel was perfect. The location is also close to some reasonable bars and restaurants as it is outside of the tourist hot spots. Spritz can be had for as little as 3€ per glass.

A beautiful hotel positioned in a great part of Venice tucked away from the crowded areas yet all within a 10 minute walk. The staff were so polite, informative and attentive I couldn’t have wished for more. I’d certainly recommend this hotel and will stay there again. Breakfast the rooms and the public areas of the hotel are wonderful. Venice is a special place, this hotel compliments it. Thankyou

Very nice hotel and very helpful staff. We stayed for 5 nights and it was conveniently located near the train station, in a quiet / more neighborhood area, and the staff had excellent restaurant recommendations for dinner

This hotel was perfect from start to finish. The staff was friendly attentive and made our stay better because of this. The hotel is centrally located every room is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The continental breakfast was included and delicious. Would stay here again

All the staff were excellent and helpful. The private water taxi to the airport was the icing on the cake! And off the beaten path meant that we weren’t staying in the midst of Venice chaos.

The front desk staff was very kind. Helped us with all we needed. The cleaning staff kept the room clean and full of free mini bar snacks and drinks. The only things we did not like were the shower floor. It was very slippery in the shower. I actually slipped and bruised my foot on side of shower pan. The second thing was the staff storage in the halls. Early mornings are a busy time in hotels and we understand that things were stored in the common areas of the halls. So early in the morning we were awakened by the doors slamming in the halls. At night you can hear the people having a great time outside on the street. So ask for interior room if you need quiet. Beautiful room and wonderful staff.
