Second time at this hotel. All is good and also very good location to key attractives.

Very nice hotel

Perfect stay, everyone is very friendly, rooms are clean and ac works very well. Breakfast is very limited but you’ll find what you need and get a great coffee. We had an awesome view from the room. Location couldn’t be any better, very close to the main square. Next time will definitely stay here.

The room I stayed in was on the third floor. It was a little old, but it was clean, had a good view, and the service was good. As for the location, it was difficult to carry a large suitcase from Santa Lucia Station because there were multiple stairs on the bridge.

The room was very gorgeous, and the room was very clean. The breakfast was very good, with a wide variety of options. The waitress was very friendly. It's a bit of a walk from the main train station, but it's close to the tourist attractions and the neighborhood is very safe, so I highly recommend it for a stay in Venice.

This year the staff is good and the breakfast 🥞 has become better. This is not the first time we have ordered this hotel.

The room wasn't large, but it was quite charming, with old-fashioned decor. The view from the window overlooked the river, giving it a strong local feel. The staff were friendly, but a photocopy of your bank card was required upon check-in. Overall, a good experience.

Standard and unremarkable, typical of tourist attractions

The location of the hotel is fantastic and the service is almost always friendly... it depends on who is at the reception. Unfortunately, the hotel and the rooms are no longer in good condition. Everything has been worn out by mass tourism in recent years and has not been renovated. It takes 10-15 minutes for hot water to come out of the tap... we recommend not staying more than 1 or 2 nights here.

Everything was good. Very decent for a reasonable price.

The location is excellent, just a few minutes walk to St. Mark's Square, very close to the pier of Line 1, and very convenient to the train station. It is also close to the pier on the side of St. Mark's Square. If you buy a one-day or two-day ticket, you can go to the surrounding islands, with no limit on the number of times. You can take a boat on the Grand Canal and watch the sunset on the boat in the evening.

The room is small, the decoration is old, the hotel is in a good location, and the service and breakfast are relatively good.
