10ish minutes walk from the train station, friendly to people with large luggages. It’s also located in quieter area, away from the crowd.

If you don't want to stay crowded place, this hotel has great location. It is spacious. Very easy to access from airport.

Nice room and spacious bathroom. No one helps carrying heavy baggage up and down the entrance.

Pros. Room was great . Comfortable and spacious . Couple with a 7 months old baby. Front desk was very helpful on everything great stay. Breakfast was good View was great too . Tuck in a nice corner . Not too much tourist will be there . So a quiet place Cons. Heater in bathroom was not working and telephone was not working well. Far from the station if u are carrying a lot of luggage recommend a water taxi or porter services.

Right by the canal, with water bus stops on both sides. Very convenient. About 15 minutes walk to the train station. About 30 minutes walk to Piazza San Marco and Palazzo Ducale, or you can take a water bus.

The room was quite dark, making it a little difficult to see when packing... However, there was someone at the front desk who spoke Japanese, which made me feel very at ease! It's a little far from the main area, but it's fun to walk there as part of a stroll!!

The hotel is about 13 minutes' walk from Santa Lucia Train Station. If you don't have any luggage and walk fast, you can get there within 10 minutes. The hotel is right in front of the Venice Canal, with great scenery. There are also many small restaurants along the way, which are also great. The room is very clean and the service is also very good. When we arrived at noon, there was no room, so we stored our luggage. When we came back in the afternoon, the front desk had already put our luggage in the room for us, which was very considerate! Although there are not so many types of breakfast, the quality is very good, the vegetables and meat are very fresh, and the taste is also very good! Overall five-star praise!

The triple room has an extra bed. The hotel is relatively new and a little far away. It is very quiet at night, but there are many good restaurants along the way. The hotel breakfast is also delicious. If you are carrying your luggage and walking to the hotel from the train station, it is recommended that you cross the river on the bridge (the stairs are shorter) first. The bridge closest to the hotel has higher stairs and is not convenient for carrying luggage. The nearest boat station sometimes requires a long wait, so you can try other boat stations, but it is also possible to just walk to St. Mark's Square in the same 30 minutes... and enjoy the scenery along the way. Apart from the transportation, the overall hotel experience is still very good.

The booking cost over 2,000 RMB, and we booked it months in advance. It wasn't fully booked that day, so the price was over 1,000 RMB per night. The location is quite remote, and my feet were blistered. The plus side was that they provided reusable glass bottles of mineral water and a map. Otherwise, 2,000 RMB per night was a poor value.
