Superb location. Just a stone’s throw away from the main train station. The hotel is easy to find as it is located along the shopping street. There is hot water available in the toilet to enjoy a good warm shower in the cold weather. The bed and pillow is a tad too soft for me. Another note is that you need to return the key whenever you leave the hotel and ask for it when you go back. Other than this, all is good.

Very unloved spaces . Not very clean dangerous plug sockets and not enough of them . Constant noise through the night from outside extractor. Would not go back

Very central location, close to train and bus station. Staff were lovely. They allow you to keep your bags for the day on check out for free. Had common toilet and shower room which wasn’t in very good condition.

We were two couples who stayed at "Quadruple room with Private Bathroom" for 3 days. The hotel stands at the heart of Venice center and walkable from Santa Lucia train station and Ferrovia "Vaporetto" (water public transport of Venice Lagoon) Terminal from where you can get to everywhere you can think of while visiting Venice. The hotel has 24 hours reception. The rooms were clean and comfortable.  There was room keeping everyday. The toilet was bit conjusted but was okay for us. The beds were comfortable. Everything was perfect. The only cons I found was the room size. It was a bit small for 4 people. There are local bakeries and cafes around, pharmacy, restaurants in mid-budget, Gondola service, etc all at reachable walking distance.

It's a good hotel, especially in terms of location. It is not a luxury but it's good for sleeping. Unfortunately, there are lots of mosquitoes in Venice but they put some tablets to keep them away. The staff are kind

Loved the location, 300mtrs from venice main railway station. Rooms was clean, washroom was small but enough. Loved my stay here.

Housekeepers are helpful and realiable. Pay a bit more to keep 🚽 inside your room is far much better. In low season, the price is low

I do not recommend this hotel, the photo of the hotel does not correspond to reality, everything is much worse. Also in the description it was written that the toilet and shower would be shared only by two rooms, but in fact there was one toilet and shower for the whole hotel. There was only one outlet in the room. And the staff was terrible, when we returned the keys at the reception, the woman said that we had to pay 2 euros of tax as indicated in Trip, we wanted to pay by card but we were refused, then we gave 50 euros, of which we were given 38 euros in change, unfortunately we noticed the mistake only when we left. Therefore, I want to inform you that this hotel is full of fraud, the number is not true and the staff can rob you, as it happened to us. If possible, do not check into this hotel!!!

Jawapan daripada Pihak Penginapan: Buon giorno.Sono sentitamente dispiaciuta per quello che leggo nel suo commento.Mi permetta di precisare alcune cose che, se avesse parlato con lo staff in loco, le sarebbero state spiegate.L' albergo ha un bagno ed una doccia pubblici per ogni piano degli stabili quindi 6 gabinetti e 6 docce .La tassa di soggiorno(i 2 Euro di cui parla) sono l' unica cifra che chiediamo in contanti, come daltronde era scritto nel foglio di informazioni che le è stato consegnato al momento dell' arrivo.La ragione è ovvia non possiamo pagare tasse e commissioni su una tassa!Se lei è convinto che io abbia sbagliato di darle il resto, siamo TUTTI esseri umani, e quindi fallaci, mi faccia avere un indirizzo bancario sarà mio dovere farglieli avere.La pregherei di tenere per sè certe considerazioni (ladri, frodatori ecc ecc) perchè in Italia sono passibili di denuncia.Sarebbe più corretto se avesse il coraggio di firmare certe considerazioni con il suo nome e non nascondndosi dietri un Alias che non potrebbe anche celare una falsa recensione.Le auguro una felice giornata Shaaba
