From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, the service was impeccable. Every staff member at this boutique hotel, from reception to the bar, was kind and welcoming. Our room was unique and filled with beautiful oversized mirrors, extremely comfortable bed, wonderfully outfitted bathroom and so many little extras and touches. Our room and the entire hotel was sparkling clean. Thank you Michele for making us laugh every day, we enjoyed talking with you. Fillippo you are wonderful and we look forward to visiting you both again in Venice or maybe seeing you on one of your vacations to New York! Dinner at the restaurant was delicious and breakfast was always great with so many options. Don’t miss a chance to stay in this beautiful hotel. It is truly one of a kind.

The intimate hotel is very conveniently located: close to all the attractions, but not on a street crowded with tourists. Some hotel rooms overlook the Grand Canal. amazing breakfast, cleanliness. For a hotel of this level the price is not at all high.

Hotel is nice and clean, perhaps a bit strangely decorated - very big mirrors on every wall in the room. Very attentive service, perfect breakfast, located a bit away of crowd but just 10 mins by feet from St.Marco square. Highly recommended fro couples.

Great experience. A great combination of modern and classic. Beautiful place. On the grand canal on one side and between the small streets on the other. Great location. Easy access to boats transportation on the canal, while walking distance from most places. Personal and warm service. Welcoming and caring staff .Always with a smile. Unique design.

All round fabulous stay. Arriving at the "door" direct from the water taxi is always a delight in Venice. Straight into a very comfortable reception area and presented with a welcome glass of prosecco. You can tell it's going to be a good experience. The top-floor suite with its private lift and two terraces was outstanding. A shame the weather rendered the terraces unusable during our time there! Sometimes you want to get away from the very traditional Venetian decor of other hotels. This property achieves that by providing a modern take on Venetian heritage. It's a lovely boutique hotel, providing all the essential services without hordes of people. Staff were very helpful. I'm sure we will return.
