It It was wonderful, clean beautiful Venetian room and delicious breakfast!

They are quite good of a stay with the price I pay. Though the staff is just normal instead of welcoming. The hair dryer in the bathroom is broken and the bathroom smell v strong detergent when I first walked in.

Todo genial desde el minuto uno la habitación genial el lavabo estaba nuevo estaba todo limpio y el personal muy amables , algo que mejorar el desayuno era un poco escaso en la variedad

Pas terribles, ma chambre et rempli de moustique ma dernière nuit on à dormi que 1h maximum, la chambre et beaucoup plus petite que sur les photos et n'y ressemble pas non plus!! On entend le son des vidéo de la personne de l'accueil....

Ottimo, ubicato al centro di venezia vicino piazza san marco!

Personale molto gentile, hotel centralissimo

Well Basil Faulty comes to mind lol when we arrived at hotel reception we had quite a wait as there was a group booking in and Basil was under pressure Room was not available which was ok so we asked if we could leave our luggage and he pointed out an area under stairs which in my mind was not a secure area as anyone passing could walk off with our belongings ,so we decided to put them in view by window and we sat outside said window and had a beer . The room was clean and a comfy bed ,bathroom was clean well appointed with shower over bath and a jacuzzi bath which we did not try so can’t tell you if it was good or not ,shower was good and always plenty of hot water. Decoration was very well appointed in bedroom with high ceiling and air conditioning wall a were off a material finish very baroque. Tv only one French channel with English speaking announcers Large wardrobe and desk plenty of space. Room was cleaned every other day. Breakfast is continental affair and basic nice tea and coffee very pleasant staff. Now saying all that Basil and his counterparts nearly ruined our stay by loosing our pre booked transfere voucher that had been sent to them to print out from our holiday company Basil and too of his clones kept saying they had not received it every time we asked and then after getting very tetchy with them because they didn’t seem to care it was suddenly found in another room numbers key box well I never lol so we did get to transfer back to main land in the end Bloody Basil lol

Very poor service, had to vait 30 min on arrival there was no one at the reception, rude staff, asked for an phone charger and benn told to buy one at the town, breakfast is a joke few sliced of ham and chees Croissant. Looks like someone sat on it. Very dark room uncomfy beds. We payed nearly £400 for this its a joke.

It is not a hotel but a B&B. No customer service, you enter with a numeric code and are forced to have breakfast in another hotel. Dirty and small rooms, terrible service, poor breakfast. They recommend restaurants that are theirs and the quality is terrible. How disgusting.

We paid €350 for three nights. The hotel is a three minute walk from Saint Marc's! OK, the room could have done with a lick of paint but the room was clean and beds comfy. The Rainfall shower head was beyond repair but the other shower head was fine. Mainly clean, nothing to get up in arms about. The air-conditioning was poor. Value for one? Yes. If the air conditioning worked better more so.

Do not visit this hotel. Terrible breakfast, dirty rooms and very unfriendly service crew at breakfast time. Even the cappucino was the worst I ever had in italy. I cannot imagine, that italians run this hotel. Very disappointing........

Terrible hotel. Is centrally located and that’s about it. Dirty rooms, no door on the shower and it leaked/sprayed everywhere when turned on. Front desk refused to give us new towels when we asked after having to clean up a mess from the shower. Tv didn’t work either. If you have the option stay somewhere else.
