カップル旅行で2泊しました。 白を基調とした部屋はとても清潔感があり、ゴミや前宿泊客の忘れ物などもありませんでした。 バスアメニティも一通り揃っていたため短期の滞在には困りません。シャワーのお湯の出も良く、すぐに水になるといったことも無かったため、日本のシャワーに慣れていても快適に過ごせました。 スタッフの方にはあまり会いませんでしたが、受付の女性はかなり親身に対応してくださり、英語があまりできない私たちにも分かりやすく説明してくださいました！ ホテルの立地自体は少し不便で、水上バスやゴンドラ等を使わないのであれば、どこに行くにもかなり歩くことになります。 特に主要観光地のサンマルコ広場は遠く、大人の足で30分ほどかかりました。ただ、その道中にお店が沢山あるので、時間に余裕のある旅でしたら苦にはならないと思います。 また、ホテル周辺にはレストランやバーが揃っており、歩いて3分ほどのところにパン屋さんやクレープ屋さんもありました。食には困らないので、あえて朝食をつけずに散策するのもおすすめです。ちなみにホテル前に交番？派出所？のようなものもあり、昼夜警察らしき方が見張られているので、主要地から離れてはいますが治安も悪くはありません。 トータルで考えるとコストに対してかなり満足のいく滞在になりました！

Limited hot water in terms of pressure and simple rooms, but beds comfortable and a great location. Lovely breakfast and staff.

We liked the property a lot. The location was perfect. It was about an 18 minute walk from the parking garage that we parked at and about 15 minutes from the train station. There were lots of dining options and shops nearby and a bakery below. The only issue was no hot water for a shower in the morning and we had to jump over a pool of water inside the entrance door and the staircase was dark to get up to the apartment.

We were in the apartment for 2 nights. This is the worst short stay apartment we had ever experienced. First, the cleanliness of the bathroom was terrible. It was full of dark mould at the edge of the bathroom and the sink. Some hair was sticking on the tiles and radiators. Secondly, the boiler was not functioned for taking shower. It worked for the tap but not shower. The boiler showed errors whenever we started hot water at the shower!!!! The kitchen equipment was bad too. They were all very old. No cereal bowls. The sink was still wet when we were in. The whole apartment was full of staines and dust. I don’t recommend for this apartment.

Great location, we had a Jack/Jill set up were our boys stayed in one room and we had our own. This location has more locals than tourists which makes it even better, the restaurants around were all fantastic. It’s about a 25 minute walk to San Marco square and we had no issues walking with our boys 6-8.

The area was quiet, but it was easy to walk to restaurants and shopping. The staff was friendly and the room was spotless

The staff were very helpful, kind and welcoming. The room was very clean as was the hotel itself. I think the bathroom was quite unique. The showers definitely need to be updated. Hard to clean yourself in a shower that barely gives you any elbow room. Didn’t wash my hair because of the awkward style and shape of the shower doors. The front door of the hotel gets stuck. One night the owner had to help us and another couple get outside. We loved the location of this hotel. Just needs some updates.

Convenient location. Close to kosher restaurants & synagogues. Comfortable room. Helpful staff. Second stay . Would stay again.

This place is in a very old building, but everything inside is up to date and functional. The room was small, but we came to be outside in Venice, not in our room. The kosher breakast was a terrific start to the day. Most days we were able to skip lunch and make it til dinner. Highly recommended
