It's close to everything in the old quarter. Staff was really nice.

very nice and clean hotel.also very nice reception man.he helped me too much.so hospitality.but it's pity small room without window .

This is a lovely little place with amazing staff who are very willing to help.

夜遅く到着でしたが温かく笑顔で迎えられました。 スタッフ皆さんフレンドリーで良い感じです。 立地場所も旧市街に近く、飲食店も多く朝食には困りません。但し、始めに予約した場所のホテルとは違って、バイクで系列ホテルへ移動、でも問題ありません。 あと一点、初日宿泊でベット内が少し湿っぽかったです。でも、それ以上にフロントスタッフの温かい応対で幸せな時間を過ごせました。また利用します。

タクシーの事やプランなど、親切に聞いてくれ、 すべて丁寧かつ的確に用意してくれました。 部屋は清潔。シャワー室の水が流れにくいと思ったくらいでその他はすべて良く、エアコンもよくきいていて過ごしやすかった。場所も、旧市街地を歩いて観光出来る場所にあり、とてもよかった。

The location is great, the lobby looks nice, staff is friendly and very helpful. The rooms are spacious but needs some TLC. The value is good, but the fact is they don't serve a continental breakfast which a lot of competitors offer. I guess the size of the bedrooms is important when sharing a room.

Besides the fact that the hotel is called '...and Spa' and the Spa was closed, be prepared to stay in a room with no windows, only the family room has windows. When I asked the reception for a room with a window they told us that our booked room has no windows, even though the pictures in the room description had windows, but guess what those windows were leading inside the building. I did not know that having a window that leads in the open air it s an extra... Also, they do not provide any services at all, no breakfast, no pick up from the airport ( they say they do, but I tried to call, message, email them regarding a pick up and nobody answerd), so customer support 0. And last but not least, which was the biggest downgrade was the fact that they cancelled our booking the day of arrival because of an invalid card, even though in the booking was mentioned that we need to pay at the property and not in advance and also out card was verified in advance so there is no way that our card was invalid. We tried again to call, message, email the property after they cancelled our booking to sort it out, but again no answer, so still went there. Overall the only good thing about this hotel is the location.

Caroline is the front desk manager and I cannot praise her enough for the customer service she demonstrated to all of my group. We needed some money changed at very late notice and she had left her shift for the evening but was still willing tk come back from her home to change the money for us. A great hotel - worth staying

Condition of hotel quite run down

部屋のニオイがきついです。窓なしシングルルームに泊まりました。下水のニオイなのか、トイレのこもったようなニオイがずっとしています。旅行初日に泊まったホテルなのでハノイのホテルはこんなものなのかなと思いましたがそんなことはありませんでした。窓がないので換気もできません。スパもお願いしましたがあの内容で60分500kドンは高いです。街なかでマッサージされるのをおすすめします。300k強で90分オイルマッサージをしてくれます。 立地は最高。ドアマンや受付の方も親切にしてくれます。ただあまりおすすめできるホテルではありません。あと１０００円だせばもっと良いところに泊まれると思います。
