Ulasan Spark by Hilton Orlando Universal Blvd

The service was okay but I've definitely had better. I didn't really get a warm and welcoming feeling when I was checking in or anything like that. Well at least not from the young lady that checked me in anyway. But the lady on the Morning shift had a great personality! The facility was fair but definitely nothing to brag about at all! This Hotel definitely needs some major upgrades. Specifically the beds, toliets, shower heads, tub, sink, let's just say the entire bathroom period! I really can't comment on the food because I didn't get an opportunity to even try it. I got there right at 9:30 and they had already put everything up. The room served its purpose for one night but I wouldn't be in any rush to go back there any time soon that's for sure!

overall fine but it was rather annoying that many channels i wanted to watch were only in Spanish inlcuding all hbo s etc. breakfst was subpar . banana or apple at breakfaast would have been a nice and affordable addition and since i dont consume milk products i had no aalternatives of any kind for my coffee and that was disappointing .

再次入住這家酒店。雖然不能算高檔酒店，但是還算可以。入住和退房都很方便。疫情期間沒有要客房服務。入住的是套房，房間還比較大。設施稍顯老舊。酒店供應早餐。因為有熱食，所以相對其他酒店略好一些。酒店周邊有蠻多餐廳，裏超市也不遠。附近有購物中心和奧特萊斯。距離環球影城僅幾分鐘車程，離迪斯尼十五分鐘左右。

🚗 交通：交通很方便！離環球影城大概車程10多分鐘才8刀，迪士尼稍微遠一點點20刀左右，20分鐘 🧹衞生：很乾凈，和前台説會幫我們每天打掃 🍃環境：酒店環境很奈斯，房間很大很大！床也很舒服😌真的非常不戳 🔔服務：前台服務很好👍每天都準時從前台拿早餐🥣 這個酒店性價比真的很高很高

酒店還可以，中規中矩，但價格有點偏高

We had a wonderful stay. It was only one night but it's conveniently located near Universal, is relatively inexpensive but still maintains the qualities I have come to expect with a Hilton property. It's very clean, great condition, comfortable beds, high end soap, shampoo, condition, body lotion and very, very quiet. They offer breakfast as well and if there was one thing they could improve on, it would be that. They offered bagels, muffins and yogurt. It wasn't bad but I feel for the price they could have offered a few more alternatives - maybe fresh fruit, some eggs. The front desk texted me upon check in to make sure everything was all right. When I texted them with questions, they responded right away. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and will be back.

No chairs at pool area. No towels. Fitness room no weights. Treadmill did not work. No glasses in the room. No coffeemaker. Breakfast only offered bagel and coffee. Would never stay there again. Reception was friendly.

There was only one working elevator and it was scary to use. There was no television in the living room. The fridge in the room was broken. Paint chipping in the bathroom. Faucet wasn’t properly installed. Tub had a slow drain and I think there was caulk in the drain. The entire place is under renovation with Two dumpsters in the parking lot and Debi’s everywhere throughout the property. There was no hot breakfast due to the construction.

Recently renovated Hilton hotel. It is very convenient for visiting Universal studios.

They didn’t say it was fixing the place all was dusty and dirty really dirty so bad I feel so embarrassed with my boyfriend for rent that place

We had a nice time, and the staff was very helpful and friendly. We also enjoyed the Continental breakfast. The hotel was in progress of rebranding while we were there.
