"Absolutely devastated by my recent experience at a supposed 5-star hotel. After paying a hefty $500 per night, I arrived to find my reservation non-existent. Hours of waiting, uncleaned rooms, and endless frustration later, I'm left questioning the very definition of hospitality. Disappointed doesn't even begin to cover it. #Unacceptable #CustomerServiceFail #5StarHotel?"

Shuttle boat is helpful but the location is a bit far. Need to take water taxi to and from the hotel with luggages. The hotel facility is new and clean.

The hotel and room are very good. Free shuttle was provided between hotel and San Marco at the time of my visit. The staff is very helpful and handle my request promptly. I also enjoy the time in blue bar which has excellent service and food. Highly recommended.

Great hotel to stay in….. would prefer is hotel shuttle accommodate the luggage movement to and from the hotel

Struttura e staff molto disponibile. Ho dovuto modificare la prenotazione con la tariffa non modificabile, l’hanno accettato e sistemato. Sono gentilissimi! Complimenti!

Excellent situé avec possibilité d’être à Venise en 20 minutes maximum. La piscine chauffée est très bien et passer toute la journée à Venise. C’est un peu trop long donc ça permettait des fenêtres de repos.

Struttura storica della Venezia glam degli anni passati, ora si presenta vintage. Probabilmente per la direzione il costo per le oramai indispensabili ristrutturazioni dell’edificio e delle camere non e’ sostenibile. Piu’ adatta ad un pubblico anziano che a giovani. Lodevole lo sforzo di innovare alcuni spazi (gym, piscina, esterni). Ottimo il personale giovane di ristorante, colazioni, piscina. Non altrettanto la direzione della reception, con anacronistico e risibile fare snob, per nulla professionale.

很中東風格的酒店。新裝修，大概是威尼斯電影節的關係整體價格偏高。到店下午3點多，搞到5點才入住。開始帶我去了一個很小的房間，連通房還有一扇門。無陽台，和攜程提供的酒店圖片完全不同。我特地選了大的房間，結果到店酒店前台説他們不知道我從哪裡訂的，攜程圖片給他們看，她們説這是海景房，價格不一樣。我自己和酒店溝通，酒店協調給我換了房間，態度很傲慢。Lido亞得里亞海的景色不錯，沙灘都是貝殼，沒法下海。就這樣吧，不會再住。攜程的代理誤導性太強，圖片完全不是酒店的實際房型圖片。攜程後續也沒有任何的回覆。一個可樂10歐，特拉米蘇15歐。入住之後可以坐酒店的船免費去聖馬可，20分鐘，但不可以帶行李，帶行李衹能叫出租船100歐。
