Very close to the Santa Lucia station and all the spots of Venezia. Very attractive decorative hotel, comfortable, clean and convenient locate one. Recommendable for a stay in Venezia

The hotel has an excellent location, being at the Pizzalle Roma next to the bus and tram station as well as fronting on the Grand Canal. The view from the roof terrace is stunning. The hotel is very clean and our room was very modern and clean and despite being next to the bus station was quiet and well insulated. The continental breakfast had an extensive choice and was very well prepared and tasty. (Looking out onto the Grand Canal didn't hurt either). However, a word of caution. Upon check- in we were offered a complimentary tour to Murano to see the famous glass making factory. The tour itself is in a vintage motor launch. What they do not tell you is that the tour is one way. You are left on the island to try and find your own way back to the hotel. When we returned and told the manager that this had not been made clear to us, he replied that he had told us it was only one way. The next day we saw another couple of guests getting onto the boat. The staff told me that they too were taking a one way trip. I asked them if the guests knew of this and they shrugged. The guests did not speak English so I could not inform them. Apart from this unfortunate incident we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel.

ヴェネチアの玄関口サンタ・ルチア駅から、橋を渡ることなく徒歩圏内の便利な場所にあり、スーツケースも気になりません。バポレットの乗り場にも近いです。内装は改装されているようで、掲載されている写真とは違った印象ですが、明るい客室は、エアコンやテレビなども整っており、快適に過ごせました。フロントのスタッフの女性はとても親切で、急な朝食時間の変更依頼にも快くに対応いただけました。朝食も豊富で美味しかったです。ベネチアを満喫するのに、手頃で最適なホテルだと思いました。 このホテルのフロントは、ホテルの向かい、10メートルくらい先の系列ホテル内にありますので、チェックインの際は注意してください。

Biliknya tidak besar, dan hiasannya agak ketinggalan zaman, tetapi kebersihannya sangat baik. Tidak ada perapi di hotel, dan cawan pencuci mulut adalah cawan plastik pakai buang dalam bungkusan tertutup. Perkara yang paling penting ialah hotel ini betul-betul bertentangan dengan stesen kereta api. Ia mengambil masa kurang dari 3 minit untuk berjalan kaki dari stesen kereta api ke hotel. Anda boleh melihat stesen kereta api dari bilik hotel pulau utama Venice. Kami tiba pada pukul 12 dan pihak hotel membenarkan kami mendaftar masuk awal. Selain itu, tidak banyak jenis sarapan di hotel, dan waktu sarapan adalah dari jam 6:30-10:00. Hotel ini tidak menyediakan selipar, berus gigi dan ubat gigi, mahupun air percuma. Terdapat peti sejuk kecil berbayar. Terdapat 2 restoran kecil Cina, 1 restoran sushi dan pasar raya bernama Ali 3-4 minit dari hotel (untuk harga 1 botol air jenama yang sama di pasar raya stesen kereta api, anda boleh membeli 6 botol di pasar raya dan masih ada lagi) Dalam masa 20 minit selepas menaiki teksi dari hotel ke Lapangan Terbang Marco Polo, hotel ini boleh menyediakan perkhidmatan teksi dengan harga €60, dibayar terus kepada pemandu. Ia lebih mahal daripada menaiki teksi sendiri, tetapi tidak banyak teksi. Terdapat juga bas untuk ke lapangan terbang.

Belle Epoque, Location is 10/10. Room is great. However could improve heater in room. It is super cold I can not step on the floor directly. And iron is not made available safety concern as label in room. The rest is perfect.

I’ve chosen this hotel for it closeness to airport, coz I arrived late night. There was long line for taxi, no another transportation at night. The location of the hotel makes possible to walk to it, 20 min. I had small and clean room , nice breakfast. Atmosphere is quite nice and calm at the hotel. Also there is a bus stop close to get to city center. I would advice to add the compliment water for your guests.

I stayed with my family for a day and it was pleasant. Here are the pros and cons, Pros: 1. Comparatively worth the money 2. Clean and comfortable with air condition 3. Good spread for the complimentary breakfast 4. Have community parking available just opposite and around the hotel. Free from 8 pm to 8 am. 5. At nice location. Plenty of shopping around. Cons: 1. Charged 6.20 Euro as city tax which was not mentioned during booking. 2. No free parking at Hotel 3. Toilet lid was very old, need replacement. Unable to close the window door causing bit noisy.

Thought I’d write a review for this hotel as there aren’t many recent ones. After browsing for somewhere to stay, I thought this seemed like good value. It has a central location, really convenient and quiet. The staff are very lovely and helpful. The decor is very very dated - I wasn’t sure from photos if it was going to be genuinely dated or modern but looks dated and quirky, it’s definitely dated. My room was a good size, but this was a superior double rather than a standard. It had everything we needed and we aren’t too fussy about rooms as we never spend much time in there on holiday. However for some it may not live up to standards. I would call it basic but value for money. The “flat screen tv” description was a bit far fetched and the “mini bar” contained a minimal amount but again, we weren’t too bothered about this things but for some it may be a problem. The bedding was spotless and the room very clean. Our bed was remade again for us in the morning which is a lovely touch. The walls are thin and we could hear people turning over in beds and a child crying in another room but it didn’t affect us too much. Overall I would go back and stay there again as although basic, it had everything we needed. Oh We were also slightly disappointed the hotel didn’t have a bar. though

Beautiful view and particular hotel with mostly 10 rooms. The only issue is the entrance door was locked when I came back late. But easily solved by contacting the receptionist.
