Our second stay at this amazing hotel. Always the top of the top. Great deluxe room 72 in the original building looking over the most spectacular city lagoon in the universe. We felt like the Doge, the king of Venice, when he was living there. No surprise the rich and the famous had been there. The view from the breakfast roof top is amazing. Every staff should be taken as example for manners and professionalism. Concierge Filippo Bolani sorted out a tricky train reservation in no time. The only tiny “problem”: the bar does not stock a liquor called Coca Buton that the nearby Harris Bar has. The Danieli, yes, is expensive but not dear. It is worth every cent. We will be back next year.

The staff were all most welcoming from the moment we stepped off the taxi at the private landing stage until we left on the water taxi. This hotel has the atmosphere of a private house. All staff greeted us by name at all times. Food is out of this world, especially the Tasting Menu at the Glam Restaurant. Although the hotel is situated on the Grande Canale, it is situated in a very quiet off the beaten track of the City. It is about a fifteen minute walk to the Rialto Bridge and about a three minute walk to the nearest Vaporetto pier. The grounds are sheltered and peaceful. Rooms are decorated in the Venetian Palazzo style.

We stayed here for 3 nights prior to cruise. Desk and concierge service were excellent. The room was beautiful, spacious and well maintained. Location is perfect, just 1-2 blocks from St Mark’s Square yet in a quiet canal side location. Daily breakfast buffet was very good.

We stayed in the Junior suite and the room was exquisite. Big room and the bathroom was very nice. Great water pressure and clean. It had 2 sinks as well for you and your significant other. Service was very good and very polite. Even at night we got room service. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room also had a sunroof with an electronical sunblind. A lot of space for your clothes. Internet was fast enough for work and Netflix browsing. Air conditioning was controlled from next to the door and next to the bed. Everyone was very pleasant and friendly. They were also very accomodating. Worth the 5 star rating and worth the money. I would stay here again and recommend it to others as well.

Phenomenal Venetian palace utilised as a hotel with a choice of rooms. We stayed in a junior Segrado suite, the room itself was decorated in traditional Venetian attire, and was well presented, comfortable bed and good cleanliness. Undoubtedly the highlight of the room though was the rooftop terrace accessed through stairs within the room, and provided views of the Grand Canal, and Venice by roof, absolutely wonderful. Only improvement for the room could be tea and coffee facilities, however you could always get hot water and cups from the restaurant/bar staff The hotel itself exudes Venetian character and wonderfully stately but yet unpretentious ambience. There are many communal rooms with fantastic decorative pieces aligning the ceilings and walls. The breakfast was good, and the waiters were all very helpful. The staff were of an exceptionally high calibre, very welcoming, no request too much, a special mention to Michael the night porter/front desk gentlemen who helped provide concierge services to us, recommended and booked some of our dinners for us as well as made recommendations on where to go during the day, a real shining star of the Ca’Sagredo team. Positioned on the grand Canal and almost centrally in Venice it is well situated for exploring the landmarks, side streets and reaching the public transport for exploring over islands. Overall a 5* rated experience, we would definitely stay again.

Soggiorno bellissimo, il luogo è veramente stupendo , rende giustizia al prezzo che abbiamo pagato. Colazione nulla da dire , ottima con servizio alla carta estremamente ricco . Camera eccellente con affreschi strabilianti , vista carina ed un bagno molto bello , peccato per il ristorante chiuso in questo periodo ma sicuramente torneremo .

Every request is met with enthusiasm and a willingness to go above and beyond. It's the little things, like remembering your name and preferences, that make you feel truly valued as a guest.

Loved the rooms we stayed 2 nights. each night in different room. one was on the new wing and the other in the older one. both nights were wonderful
