Overall a great stay for me and my family! Great check in process! It was smooth and fast! We got a Family Room and it is furnished exactly as shown in the photos. The food was decent. The location is absolutely fantastic. It is only a 1 min walk to Mestre Station where you can board the train into Venice Island. The few minor issues we had were the lack of toothbrush and toothpaste when we first check in, turns out we have to ask for them as they're not given immediately. And also there were no kettle to boil water to make coffee or tea, which is a surprising given that this is a 4-star hotel, however, it is not a major problem for us and it is still a 10/10 recommendation to stay at this hotel.

Amazing location not so far from Venice . Good price best we found in this area in high season for 3 person and pet . . Free parking near bungalow, so no time wasting or carry bags . Amazing pizza at the bar , with very affordable price . Nice stuff fast check in . Bungalow was clean and comfortable all was really better than we expected . Outside you can have private dinner with family because there is dining table . Sadly only 1 night was available . Hotel fully booked . Recommend for family and who has pet and who need time to rest away from the city . One of the best options we found . Big pool . Big area of the hotel. Is so quite . So we rest after long travel . Also at the hotel Laundry and shop . Nothing was missing . Bus shuttle to Venice was also good surprise . It took us in and back fast . Who need good option . Try it 😍😍😍

The location of this hotel is particularly good, right next to the railway station.It's only a 20-minute bus ride from the main island to the mainland. And you can choose breakfast every morning. Even better, some concerts and parties are often held in the evening. I see they are trying best to create a better and comfortable accommodation environment here.

Premesso che torneremo prestissimo in questo ”piccolo” paradiso, torneremo sicuramente perché chi incarna l'Ospitalità, la Gentilezza, la Professionalità, la Squisitezza, è il Signor Eugenio che, definire Receptionist - Concierge, risulterebbe riduttivo per Lui. Un Grande Professionista, persona molto Umana, Professionista che onora il Suo lavoro trasmettendo una gran carica positiva e fa grande l'Hotel PANORAMA, appunto con la voglia di tornare subito. Servizio top. Struttura molto pulita, accogliente in ogni sua parte, impagabile avere la possibilità dalla camera di ammirare Venezia e tutta la sua laguna. OMG: I have been traveling for a lot now but this Is absolutely the worst hotel I have been to. Do yourself a favor and sleep outside or in a 1-star hostel. I think TripAdvisor should allow to give 0 to some establishments. If you want all the details (with pics) keep reading. First of all, I have paid 250euros per night for a filthy tiny room with no breakfast. Venezia is expensive but there is expensive and there is scam. What was wrong with the room: -flithy -tiny -smelly -there was a leftover empty bottle of vodka left in the room: this is how good they clean -the bathroom was with no windows -filthy carpet in the room -malfunctioning air-conditioning -dim lights -very very small beds...more suited for a hobbit (check the pictures and compare with the knapsack). I had to sleep with my feet outside the bed and I am not tall at all. Tiny beds so that they can fit two in a tiny room! -no refrigerator inside the room. But there is a safe what is wrong with the structure -there is a lift but you have to climb a long stair before you get there, so no wheelchair accessible -they have a coffee vending machine that doesn't give you the change, I know this is not so bad but it is basically the straw that broke the camel's back -luggage deposit is not monitored -check out is at 10!!! seriously! I have traveled all around the world and I am not that picky but 250 euros per night for a subclass of hostel is way too much. One more piece of advise if you really want to go there, bring your own mosquito repellant: the rooms are full of mosquitos and they only provide one that clearly doesn't work.

Hotel location was convenient as it is right outside Venezia Mestre train station. Staff were friendly and attended to my queries well. Hotel room was clean and spacious, multiple use of hangers as well as a beverage section. I would love to come back to this hotel in the near future.

an excellent hotel with excellent service. We had 5 rooms reserved at the hotel. We left the hotel to go to Ravenna via the trains. We left our Apple air pods in of one the rooms. The gentleman from the front desk (morning shift - sorry I don’t remember his name) on his own walked over the train station, tracked us down and surprised us to give us the air pods. I travel a lot and have never seen such exceptional service. Literally, because of his level of exceptional service from when we checked in to now, we decided to change our hotels (when we return from the cruise) to stay again at The Carlton because of his above and beyond attitude. Thank you for your hospitality and outstanding experience from the point of when we first checked in.

Stayed at Antony overnight & enjoyed the convenience of being close to airport for flight out next morning. Shuttle was convient for pick up/drop off (8 euros). Located right off Bus No 5 route so went into Venice for half day. Very good breakfast buffet offered in restaurant.

I have been travelling to many cities in Europe for a month, and I would say this hotel is one of the best hotels that I have ever visited. Definitely loved its convenient location, considering that you only need to walk a few minutes to get to the bus stop that takes you to Venice and less than 10 minutes to get to the train station. The room that we had was simply amazing. It was big and clean and the bed was really comfortable. Didn’t expect it to be this grand because of how cheap the cost was.

This hotel could easily get five stars from us. Good location. There is a bus line, line 6, which is located close to the hotel and which runs every 20 minutes,which takes you from the hotel and brings you back for 20min. The price of the stay is significantly lower from the hotel prices in Venice. The hotel is also designed in a modern design and is new - as opposed to the Venetian style,for those of you that it matters. The rooms are spacious and pleasant overall, the soundproofing is excellent. The hotel is quiet. The breakfast is good and the breakfast staff provide excellent service, truly exceptional service. Especially Nicoletta, a constant smile, service given with joy, out of care - Nicoletta gets six stars. The service of the reception staff is also excellent, and in general the service of the staff is good. The cleanliness is good. Overall a good hotel. But what? If you need an extra pillow or blanket - none available. The children were given a double blanket and when we asked for another blanket they said it was not possible because there are currently no maids (we arrived around 10pm). The same goes for additional pillows that we asked for and did not receive throughout our stay (4 nights). The hotel has rooms that are connected by a door - so it is very suitable and convenient for families. We asked for one room with a double bed and one room with separate beds, when we arrived at night, we got two rooms with a double bed arrangement. There are no double beds in the hotel (at least we didn't get one) single beds are connected with a sheet, who cares. Likewise, the doors of the connected rooms - not only could they not be locked to allow parents privacy, they also could not be closed. They left them for us with the closing tab open - so it was impossible to close the doors. In addition, the bathroom in the master bedroom is really dangerous, there is no support for getting out of it - and getting out of it is challenging. Specifically in this bathroom - the emergency line does not work... if you have difficulty walking and moving - ask for a room with a shower, not a bathtub. I think a hotel needs very little effort - to become an excellent hotel. Greater attention to detail and a greater supply of blankets and pillows.
