Hotel berhampiran 328 E Main St, Ventura

The rooms look exactly like the internet pictures; very clean and newly updated. Don't let the outside of the building fool you , the price is unbeatable and the room was perfect. Suggestions: rooms need coffee pots, darkening shades for front windows. Property is a five minute drive to the beach and 8 blks from historic downtown Ventura.

Nice large room with comfortable bed. Room decor newly updated and felt clean and modern. Friendly staff during checkin. Hotel is located 15min walk from laidback marina and dining district. Good hotel for a short weekend stay.

傍晚🌆時分，我們在一家不錯的中餐館用餐後，欣賞着聖塔芭芭拉美麗的夕陽🌇海景，順利抵達本圖拉Holiday Inn[旺柴] 踏進酒店房間，即被陽台上的View深深打動了，目光所及的碼頭⛵️靠着無數白色的機帆船，回家的意義此刻已無需多言，晚霞中的一切皆顯得格外靜謐而安詳…

Kali pertama menempah penginapan menggunakan Trip dan walaupun proses keseluruhan untuk tempahan adalah mudah, penginapan di hotel itu agak kurang bersemangat. Sebelum ketibaan, kami tidak mendapat sebarang maklumat daftar masuk; Saya menghadapi sedikit masalah untuk menghubungi hotel untuk mendapatkan maklumat ini. Di pihak saya pula, saya rasa saya keliru dengan tidak memberikan maklumat hubungan saya (nampaknya). Saya mendapat pegangan di kaunter penerimaan tetamu dan wanita yang saya ajak bercakap adalah sangat bersopan dan telah meminta maaf terlebih dahulu atas kelewatan. Kami diberitahu bahawa bilik kami akan siap pada pukul 5 petang dan bukannya waktu bertentangan pada pukul 4. Kami akhirnya tiba pada pukul 5 petang, jadi masa tidak menjadi masalah. Apabila kami tiba, semuanya agak bersih kecuali beberapa tuala yang mempunyai kesan coklat padanya. Kami kehabisan kertas tandas, tuala kertas dan keperluan kecil lain. Kami boleh mendapatkan perkara ini pada keesokan harinya, yang sangat bagus. Aduan saya yang lain ialah beberapa perkara tertinggal; iaitu; seseorang meninggalkan sepasang Crocs mereka, dan beberapa sabun bar di bilik mandi. Walaupun perkara-perkara ini adalah masalah kecil kepada saya, ia pasti tidak cukup untuk membuat saya hilang mengantuk. Lokasi: 10/10. 5 minit (atau kurang) berjalan kaki ke pantai. Saya pasti masih akan menempah tempat ini lagi selagi isu ini tidak menjadi isu pada masa hadapan.

We stayed here for a couple of nights for Memorial Day weekend. The ocean front suites we stayed in are on the first floor, which gave us a nice picnic area in front of our patio with a direct view of the sandy beach and ocean. We liked our room so much that we barely left it. The Ox and Ocean restaurant was only steps away, which made it really convenient to just order takeout and eat at our patio. The underground parking was also very convenient as it was just short flight of stairs or elevator ride to our room. Hotel staff was very courteous and accommodating to us when we requested a change of towels and toiletries during our stay. While we had some minor issues with the temperature controls in trying to keep the room cool at night, this was easily remedied by keeping the windows open and letting the cool breeze come in. Overall, you can't beat hearing watching and hearing the waves all day and night. We really enjoyed our stay here so much that we've booked another reservation again in a few weeks! Kudos to the staff at Zachari Dunes for an amazing experience!

I am so disappointed in the Hiltons for allowing all the rooms to have pets. I don't care how clean the animal is and that you take a deposit. Animals leave hair and smells. Our room smelled a little when we first came in but smelt like cleaning chemicals. My husband went to bed right away and sat around for a while and I started sneezing. Then i thought a smelled pee. I went to bed. I woke up all night smelling pee and dog. then I got up to go to the bathroom and the carpet was wet. I guess they had just cleaned the floors and tried to get the smell out. It didn't work. It was disgusting. I woke up with a horrible headache, They did give us another room the next day that didn't smell like animals. Come on Hilton you need to designate certain rooms for animals.

We decided to go to Ojai for my wife's birthday on March 22, 2023. She thought it would be fun to stay in a place that was built the year she was born and so did I. The online photos and aesthetic are admittedly cool, but that where it ends. I get really peeved with a too cool for school” attitude in restaurants and other establishments in the hospitality space. That's this place. But aside from that vibe, there are HUGE issues with this “hotel” (motel really), chief of which are the PAPER THIN WALLS. Next is the bathroom. Remember. This renovation was done in 2020. So with Covid, wear and tear should be minimal by early 2023 when we visited. The bathroom door is made of particle board which was completely swollen and ruined by water damage from the shower that features a fitted glass wall that only covers half the stall. As a result water sprays all over the wall and floor and even if you try to use the bath mat, it's completely soaked after a shower. Poor, impractical design. The Daiken brand AC was also odd. I've used many mini-split systems, but this one did not feature a remote that operated as a thermostat. Sure, it had a temperature setting, but no readout out of what temperature the room was CURRENTLY at, so there is no way to know where to set the temp relative to that. The in-room coffee and tea consists of a kettle and instant coffee. No Nespresso or other coffee service found in other boutique hotels of this price range. I assumed they were encouraging us to come to the lobby to enjoy their coffee ”service” which features paper cups (okay fine) but no lids. Crazy. And Like seriously - do you think people aren't going to want to take their coffee away or back to the room? Where’s the kids?! Oh, and as a cherry on the top, add bad WiFi that only worked part of the time. Good thing our t-mobile data devices worked there. A cheap, ill-conceived cosmetic renovation does not a boutique motel make. Others have mentioned all of these things in prior reviews, so l'm not saying anything new here. Listen to them, and us. I don't know if there are better options in Ojai, but I know you should avoid the Capri.

Bilik itu sangat sangat kecil. Saya mempunyai masa yang sukar untuk duduk di tandas kerana bilik mandi sebesar almari. Bilik itu bersih dan perkhidmatan hebat.
