Ulasan Escalus Luxury Suites Verona

In posizione strategica a meno di 100 metri dall'Arena di Verona, in pieno centro cittadino. Camera spaziosa e pulita, personale gentilissimo. Con due cani al seguito ci siamo sentiti a nostro agio e non hanno fatto nessuna difficoltà. Parcheggio pubblico a 10 minuti (cittadella).

Iniziamo dalle cose positive: bel palazzetto in centro a Verona, camera spaziosa e personale molto gentile. Ma niente ha a che fare con il “luxury”! La struttura è piuttosto vecchia e mal tenuta: parquet e mobili di legno molto rovinati, macchie su divani/poltrone, acciai nei bagni usurati e macchiati di calcare, elementi di arredo rotti, finestre che si chiudono male e che non garantiscono la necessaria insonorizzazione per un palazzo che si affaccia su una delle strade più caotiche di Verona (via Mazzini). Non ci siamo!

The trip was lovely but for the price the hotel fell well below parr and somewhat put a dampener on our stay. The shower ceiling was mouldy, damp and peeling, shower floor was wobbley and uneven. There were disgusting splatters of unknown substances on the walls near the bins. The toiletries were not replenished, we had no spare hand soap or toilet paper.. good job we had tissues to hand! The wooden floor was terribly scuffed from the cheap chairs. The long window doors out to the balcony area did not lock properly therefore very drafty and incredibly noisy. Breakfast was forgotten on 1 day, we had to call and ask what had happened and were told our menu had been misplaced. I DO NOT RECOMMEND! Avoid at all costs. Having spent a fair amount of tike in Verona I can see there is much better value for money elsewhere.

Novamente Hotel.com NÃO ENTREGA O QUE VENDE. LOCAL é totalmente DIFERENTE DO ANÚNCIO. Banheiro impraticável (não cabia uma pessoa de 1,80cm), sem cama de casal (juntam 2 colchões de solteiro de qualidade ruim).

I was concerned after reading some of the other reviews but we found the hotel very nice. No odors no noise. We also had a very spacious room with plenty of space. Staff was kind and helpful. They recommended a great off site Parking garage. But be careful of the ztl when returning to pick up your luggage The upstairs breakfast has a great view. And although small it had a great number of options

Accolti dicendo che ci avevano fatto un upgrade, menomale non oso immaginare cosa come fosse la precedente. Stanza 1A Lampade sui comodini con paralucme rotto ma vabbè, Bagno, sopra la doccia una macchia di umidità con l'intonaco bagnato a penzoloni, colore verde muffa earroncino. Larghezza 80 cm. Vicino al lavandino altra muffa questa volta spugnosa, altra muffa nelle cerniere della doccia. Il soffione doccia incorostato, l'acqua usciva dalla metà dei fori e in direzioni varie, bagna a pareti, pavimento e lavandino. Porte della doccia vecchie con guarnizioni che non si toccano e quindi anche da lì esce acqua Infissi assolutamente non insonorizzate, avevamo il rumore della gente in stanza come avessimo le finestre aperte. Mi sono lamentato, nulla è accaduto, solo il giorno dopo sotto minaccia di chiamare i NAS, la direttrice mi ha telefonato e voleva anche ragione. Dopo discussioni varie ci ha applicato lo sconto del50% Ma non è mai stato un tema di prezzo ma di dignità! Allego foto giudicate voi.

The place is nicely located, nested within few steps from the Arena. Helpful and friendly staff. One concern we did have was the mold above the shower tub and the dripping off the ceiling. Unfortunately we were too tired to mention anything upon our arrival and we did not bring the issue to their attention.

Caro, malo, sucio y cutre. Me siento estafado después de pagar 540 euros por noche. Las flores en el salón, los cojines en los sillones, las macetas en la entrada del portal junto al ascensor NO EXISTEN. Techos en el baño rotos, sin reparar, espejos en el baño bajos. Limpieza deficiente.

We visited this hotel for the 4th or 5th time, we always were satisfied. But something had changed, we do not know why. Our welcome was fine, a bottle of prosecco waiting for us, just missing the cookies we had last year. We ordered the breakfast which is served on your room, and it was delivered next morning just in time. The scrambled eggs were nearly cold. In the afternoon coming back from town we missed new cleaned glasses, the used ones were not replaced, same with empty shower gel, we had to ask for nearly everything. The rest was okay, but nobody asked for our satisfaction at any time, even the departure. In the room we also had the impression that there’s the necessity for some renovation, even at some walls and the fridge with its door not closing properly. Being honest, we spent around 500 € (!) per day for b&b here! So this time we left Verona and the hotel not knowing whether we would come back in future.
