Poor management.
We arrived at night, the front desk computer was down making it, apparently, unable to check clients in.
The front person was by herself and had no solution besides calling the « help desk » who was not answering. After 45 minutes being on hold, we decided it was best to leave.
Unbelievable that such a big company does not have a back up solution. Unbelievable to leave your staff with no solution. It is a shame for such a big chain.
We were left past midnight with 2 young kids and no room. No solution offered by Hilton of course besides telling us to check with the neighbours if they had rooms left.
I won’t be coming back to Hilton.
