Hotel dengan WiFi di Vico Equense

We paid €2,000 for a six night stay in one of the 2 bed apartments. The place was nothing like the photos advertised on the website, it was really shabby, run down, the AC wasn’t working and it was absolutely crawling with ants. They were covering almost every wall, in all rooms. We were told this is how it is in the summer. We went back to reception and complained, to be fair they did get us another apartment, but we really had to argue the point. The photos on the website show multiple swimming pools, but you only get access to the sea water swimming pool, you have to pay extra for the others and they are adult only. The nice sandy beach closest to the hotel is for people who pay into the beach club and being a hotel guest does not give you access to it. Hotel guests are shooed down to the end beach, where is is rocky and away from the amenities. You are not allowed to choose where you sit. Makes no sense why hotel guests are shoved in a small area, as the main beach subbed as laid empty all day. Food in the main restaurant is overpriced and mediocre at best, I would suggest eating at one of the other restaurants along the marina. All in all, I was disappointed. This hotel is not what it appears to be online and although the staff were helpful, I felt quite ripped off for the money we paid.

The hotel was gorgeous and located in Sorrento with a beautiful view, totally worth the value for the night. My only suggestion is the pool to be open until a later time, and to offer lunch and dinner and not just breakfast. The reception personnel including the manager were very rude. I went to ask a question and the manager replied: ”only if it's one question because I'm very busy.” Every time I had a question I was made feel as if I was being a nag which I was not.

Ok we arrived on a Monday after a long day travelling Got room 107 very nice and clean went out for dinner then we went back to the hotel omg wot a shock from 4.30 until 10pm it was like a war zone The hotel is situated on the 1st floor above are residential flats the banging shouting was unreal Ok all I would say if you are offended this room don’t take it Again after a lot of complaining yes they moved us to a different hotel for the night and gave us a different room the next day Not a good start to a holiday but I must say they did there best as the noise was not the hotels doing Also when we booked it showed a pool we couldn’t find it But other than that we did enjoy our stay
