The hotel is near the airport. They provide free shuttle service to and from the airport. The shuttle runs till late at night. Breakfast was mediocre. Overall a good transit hotel.

Me gustó, pero yo pedí una Habitación para dos personas y me dieron camas individuales demasiado pequeños. Además, estuve en el octavo piso y tenían el sonido del motor de no sé de algo en la terraza que no quiere fastidiosa, nunca me sirvió la televisión A pesar de qué pedí la vengan a verla, vinieron a ver no la pudieron

O hotel é regular, principalmente comparando com outros hotéis próximos que servem para pernoitar durante uma viagem, devido à localização perto do aeroporto de Guarulhos.
O quarto apresentou problema na chave, ficando desligando a energia. O vaso sanitário não estava funcionando corretamente. O hotel disponibiliza transporte para o aeroporto, algo que foi fator essencial no momento de fazer a escolha, mas quase não tem vaga. Nosso voo era somente às 17h e tivemos que ir para o aeroporto às 10h, pois nos outros horários já não tinha disponibilidade.

Good location for business travel to stay overnight at the airport. Room is small but clean and restaurant is good. Service could be improved . They claim the shuttle runs 24 hours per day leaving on the hour each hour but for some reason they do not have a 1 pm shuttle and this was not indicated on the website

Это довольно старый отель, в специфичном районе города. Номера как будто из 70х. Отель находится близко к автовокзалу, это единственная причина почему в нем можно остановиться. Рядом хороший торговый центр, но без продуктового магазина.

1. 位置: 距離GRU是大約一個小時車程（全程不堵車），打的是大約200里亞爾=270人民幣（目前匯率1.35）。從周邊高樓來看，應該是聖保羅市中心了，但是離GRUA是真的遠。
2. 費用: 1500-1800一晚，這價格，上海北京也能住五星了吧? 費用相當高。
3. 房間: 居中吧，偏舊一點，馬桶按鈕，不回彈，得把整個蓋子抬起來促使主動回位。是紅色桌子，感覺偏舊。房間不大，一個床，一個沙發，一個掛壁電視，一張桌子，一個衞生間，留出來的步行區域就不多了，沒有大塊空白區。
4. 至少巴西酒店內，沒有免費瓶裝水。
5. 從外面打酒店電話，極難打通。
6. 早餐: 這個不錯，沒有適合中國口味的菜，但以本地菜而言，品種豐富，味道不錯，水果也不錯。
7. 大堂有樂隊和鋼琴表演，不錯。
8. 附近有麥當勞和本地快餐廳，沒敢去找有沒有中餐館，吃飯挺方便。不遠處有個加油站裏的便利店，買東西也還行。
9. 總體來説，跟國內比的話，沒得比，不要抱太高期待。而跟巴西本地比的話，跟機場旁邊700一晚的comfirt機場舒適酒店比，也沒有到達2倍的差異。性價比不是很高。
10. 巴西的消費是真的貴，不論是聖保羅市，還是聖保羅州北部，還是里約。

GGuest UserThe environment is beautiful and the service is excellent. It's incredibly convenient for dining out and catching taxis, and parks, shopping malls, and other shopping areas are all within easy reach.
Facilities: The hotel is well-equipped. Just a heads-up that you'll need to bring your own towels, toothbrushes, and similar personal items.

GGuest UserIt's really hard to catch the airport shuttle from the hotel; it only runs once an hour, and the schedule is always changing. It's a terrible hassle. A taxi to the airport takes about 8 minutes and costs around 45 BRL. The hotel offers a buffet for lunch and dinner at 85 BRL per person.

I confess that I was a little apprehensive due to some not-so-nice comments about the accommodations, but everything was perfect.
The hotel decor is beautiful, we were very well looked after from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. The receptionists are very nice and attentive.
The room is magnificent, very cozy, spacious beds, a large bathroom and a hot shower with strong water to relax.
We spent New Year's Eve on the eleventh floor of the hotel itself: wonderful!!
My congratulations to all the staff, I will definitely be back and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!

GGuest UserThe hotel is very close to the airport, about a 10-15 minute drive. Although the direct distance is short, the road design is poor, requiring a lot of detours, which adds to the travel time.
The hotel is quite new, the newest of all the hotels on my Brazil trip. It's not in the typical dark red style, more like a bright-colored economy hotel in China, which I liked.
There's an airport shuttle at the entrance, seemingly running hourly, but unfortunately, I missed it.
The restaurant is decent; the selection isn't extensive but still acceptable.
There's an outdoor courtyard which is very comfortable for a short sit.
The room is compact but all the facilities are brand new.
WiFi connectivity was poor.
I asked the front desk if it was safe outside, and they replied that it's okay during the day but best not to go out at night. It's hard to imagine that even near the airport it's like this.
I had dinner at the hotel, costing 79 BRL per person. For someone like me who isn't used to the local flavors, it wasn't good value for money.
Throughout my entire Brazil trip, the only meal I thoroughly enjoyed was the BBQ buffet hosted by my client in Curitiba, because it had flavor. All other meals were bland and just for filling the stomach.
Considering the price and location, I would still choose to stay here again.

GGuest UserI made a reservation to stay after the marriage ceremony and fortunately, the hotel upgraded our room.
During the check-in, they served a glass of champagne and provided us with a bottle of free champagne as well.
The room was very spacious with a city view and we could enjoy the club lounge having some finger food and drinks there.
In the morning, we enjoyed various breakfast and the place was really beautiful. It feels like we were in the garden!
The other facilities like sauna and swimming pool were also good enough to relax.
I highly recommend this hotel to stay in and would like to choose again next time!!

GGuest UserI have to give a big thumbs up to this hotel! I stayed in three hotels in Brazil: Fairmont, Grand Hyatt, and this one! This one is the most cost-effective! Breakfast included is 1200+, and the room is also very good! The toiletries are L'Occitane, and there are conversion plugs! ! ! The most important thing is that it is very close to Avinida Paulista, a 30-second walk, and Paulista Street is on the right when you go out! ! The shopping mall is 2 minutes away, and MASP Sao Paulo Museum of Art is only 5 minutes away! ! ! I strongly recommend staying here! It is much better than the Grand Hyatt which costs 2000 yuan! ! !

Hhappy²The landscape is amazing and unforgettable. The invincible sea view/city view room has a wide view and the night view is even more charming! Lying on the sofa to see the scenery is a kind of enjoyment, and the photo effect is excellent.
