The hotel is near the airport. They provide free shuttle service to and from the airport. The shuttle runs till late at night. Breakfast was mediocre. Overall a good transit hotel.

We stayed in this hotel for just a couple of hours after a long flight. It took some time to locate the shuttle bus but it was fine. The staff was kind and offered us a late check out which was super helpful. The breakfast was fin.

During my stay at Sleep in Guarulhos in São Paulo, Brazil, booked through Trip.com, I encountered exceptional service from start to finish. The reception staff demonstrated impeccable customer service, promptly addressing a small issue with my booking without any hassle on my part. Their efficiency and professionalism ensured that my stay got off to a smooth start, allowing me to relax and enjoy my time at the hotel.
As a parent travelling with my 4-month-old, I was particularly impressed by the thoughtful amenities provided by the hotel. They provided a cot for my baby, which was not only of excellent size but also incredibly comfortable. It's always a relief to find accommodations that cater to the needs of families and Sleep in Guarulhos exceeded my expectations in this regard.
Of course, one of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast buffet, which offered an impressive array of options to suit every palate. From continental favourites to hearty breakfast dishes, there was something for everyone, and the quality of the food was outstanding.
Overall, my experience at Sleep in Guarulhos booked through Trip.com was nothing short of excellent. From the exemplary customer service at the reception to the comfortable accommodations and delicious breakfast options, every aspect of my stay was memorable and enjoyable. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel to fellow travellers looking for a wonderful experience in São Paulo.

Superou minhas expectativas!
Pousada a beira mar mesmo, com direito a piscina (pequena, mas tá valendo) serviço de praia, mas só até as 18:00! Café da manhã top!!! As demais refeições são pagas a parte, o preço acaba sendo alto para quem precisa fazer todas as refeições todos os dias, (com crianças não da pra pular refeições) mas o sabor é maravilhoso.
Só tenho uma ressalva, existem vários prédios e alguns quartos não tem janela, e o ar condicionado precisa ficar ligado o tempo todo para que haja circulação de ar. Nunca vi quarto sem janela na minha vida 😳. Mas existem outros com vista de frente pro mar e bem arejados. Então vc pode gostar muito do quarto ou nem tanto, como no meu caso.
Mas preciso falar: a limpeza é excepcional, toalhas são trocadas todos os dias, cama arrumadas e lençóis limpos e sem cheiro de guardado. No geral nossa estadia foi maravilhosa, pode até concorrer com hotéis de alto nível.

O hotel fica muito bem localizado, o café da manhã é excelente porém não gostamos das instalações, os móveis são bem antigos e a roupa de cama é pessima, ficamos com dúvida se as cobertas foram realmente limpas, além de estarem bem gastas também, fora está questão o restante tudo ok.

Good hotel to stay during a long layover. Quick check-in process, spacious and nice rooms, friendly English-speaking staff and good buffet breakfast. The spa is also very enjoyable. Just pay attention to the airport shuttle (offer trips every 50min around the clock) because the word “Hampton” is very small and easy to miss.

Excellent hotel with very professional staff (particular thanks to Yan!), good facilities, nice rooms and a superb location! We arrived around 8am in the morning and chose not to pay to get early checkin, but the staff still kindly let us use the shower on the top floor and we had (paid) breakfast at the hotel. The breakfast had a good variety! I also used the small but good hotel gym. Plus there were some nice touches like chocolates and weather forecast each evening.
