I love this hotel. The highlight is the staff, always friendly and welcoming. In addition to being delicious, the breakfast was accompanied by a sensational pianist (Léo Ramos). The size and comfort of the room is another difference. Additionally, hotels use olfactory marketing, taking advantage of aromas that can be smelled before entering the hotel lounge.

Guest UserThis five-star hotel is located in the relatively safe Vila Olimpia area. The hotel is generally new, and the front desk has an artistic, gallery-like design.
The rooms have a modern and minimalist style. I was surprised that a five-star hotel didn't even provide slippers, toothpaste, or toothbrushes. However, the complimentary first round of the mini-bar was a nice touch.
The ground floor features a combined Italian restaurant and bar, so you can dine there if you don't feel like going out in the evening.
There's a chef at breakfast who makes omelets and toasts, and he speaks a little Chinese. He was super enthusiastic with his recommendations every day.
The hotel's spa environment is excellent, and the prices are reasonable, though you need to book in advance.
I was also pleasantly surprised that they readily agreed to my request for a late checkout until 1 PM. That was unexpected.
Overall, the location is very convenient, the service is excellent, and it caters to all your dining, drinking, and relaxation needs. It's a very reassuring choice for business travelers who don't want any hassle. (It would be perfect if they provided slippers, toothpaste, and toothbrushes.)

BrehmeAs I arrived around 3-4am, I tried several times to arrange pick-up service with the hotel in advance but going in a fruitless round-about chase (sending emails, being given useless links, email and number), I gave up and took a uber there, a short ride anyway. But once there, the stay was great. They allowed me to check-out late due to my late arrival and it was easy to arrange the hotel transfer back to airport.

Salopian125Check in was well manned and this was achieved promptly.
The room was adequate for a one night stopover before flying early the next day. Bathroom was clean and well stocked with shower gel and shampoo. Large shower was greatly appreciated after a long flight.
The breakfast starts serving from 4am! It offered a good selection and was tasty.
The hotel offers a free bus shuttle to T2 and T3 GRU. It leaves on the hour from the hotel and collects at 20 min past the hour from T3 and 30 min past the hour from T2.
Overall a great service.
I'd definitely use again if I needed accommodation near Guarulhos Airport.

I absolutely LOVED both the stay and the party at Onze.
I confess that I was a little apprehensive due to some not-so-nice comments about the accommodations, but everything was perfect.
The hotel decor is beautiful, we were very well looked after from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. The receptionists are very nice and attentive.
The room is magnificent, very cozy, spacious beds, a large bathroom and a hot shower with strong water to relax.
We spent New Year's Eve on the eleventh floor of the hotel itself: wonderful!!
My congratulations to all the staff, I will definitely be back and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!

Guest UserThe hotel is very close to the airport, about a 10-15 minute drive. Although the direct distance is short, the road design is poor, requiring a lot of detours, which adds to the travel time.
The hotel is quite new, the newest of all the hotels on my Brazil trip. It's not in the typical dark red style, more like a bright-colored economy hotel in China, which I liked.
There's an airport shuttle at the entrance, seemingly running hourly, but unfortunately, I missed it.
The restaurant is decent; the selection isn't extensive but still acceptable.
There's an outdoor courtyard which is very comfortable for a short sit.
The room is compact but all the facilities are brand new.
WiFi connectivity was poor.
I asked the front desk if it was safe outside, and they replied that it's okay during the day but best not to go out at night. It's hard to imagine that even near the airport it's like this.
I had dinner at the hotel, costing 79 BRL per person. For someone like me who isn't used to the local flavors, it wasn't good value for money.
Throughout my entire Brazil trip, the only meal I thoroughly enjoyed was the BBQ buffet hosted by my client in Curitiba, because it had flavor. All other meals were bland and just for filling the stomach.
Considering the price and location, I would still choose to stay here again.

Guest UserI made a reservation to stay after the marriage ceremony and fortunately, the hotel upgraded our room.
During the check-in, they served a glass of champagne and provided us with a bottle of free champagne as well.
The room was very spacious with a city view and we could enjoy the club lounge having some finger food and drinks there.
In the morning, we enjoyed various breakfast and the place was really beautiful. It feels like we were in the garden!
The other facilities like sauna and swimming pool were also good enough to relax.
I highly recommend this hotel to stay in and would like to choose again next time!!

ShuangtaishenghuoThis is the Nth time I stayed at this hotel. The facilities and environment of the room are basically unrivaled in the same price range. The only shortcoming may be the geographical location of the business district. But it has no impact on me who came to participate in the exhibition. There is a super delicious Chinese restaurant nearby~ A big plus

The hotel is in a great location, right on the safest and busiest Paulista Street. The room is average, the breakfast is great, in addition to the buffet you can also order it. The waiters are warm and friendly, I will stay here again next time I go.
