Hotel Air Terjun Victoria dengan Sarapan

Bro & Sis~40years old: Hotel is overpriced. Exterior, interior - very nice. Hotel rooms are nice but old. Hotel looks nice but is overpriced. Food is dissapointment for that price...average and not tasty meat without seasoning some salads and garnishes looks and tastes like from the day(s) before the restauarant stuff is giving you portions (only small amounts) dinner is much more expensive compare to the other restaurants / possibilities nearby. I know we are in Afrfica, but when they charge HIGH prices, the service should match the price. There is a pool. We find out that they do not put chlorine in it periodically (every day) It does not bothered me. But anyway we asked the Hotel Manager. He just keeps lying to us but in the end he commit the issue and gave us free dinner. The dinner Manager did not anything about our free dinner, so we have to make another call to the reception :) I would recommend the restaurants in the center or the amazing ”The Lookout Cafe” with delicious food and the most amazing view on VFalls. I will go somewhere else next time. Peace

The owner’s daughter runs this beautiful, intimate Lodge. She personalizes your visit by personally recommending and arranging all activities in the Victoria Falls region. Further, she maintains a culture of personal care and nurturing of the guests with her young, smiling, welcoming staff. From reception to room staff, kitchen, maintenance and drivers; all are friendly and address each guest by the first name. I could not recommend this accommodation more. There are larger, more expensive and more sprawling lodges in the area, but it’s improbable that you could find better service anywhere. This is a five star review. Bravo.

The location of the hotel is very good and convenient to walk around in the little town. Our room was big and spacious but the furniture is quite old and basic. The room didn’t have any international plug in ports so it was a struggle to get my devices and equipment powered up.You might want to come up with your own adapters. The bathroom was clean but it’s a little small, kind of feels crowded. I didn’t get a change for meals but I’m sure I would have loved their pool menu.

The staff members were friendly. The sound and video conferencing system in the conference room needs attention to allow for virtual attendance, but otherwise, everything was awesome.

My stay at Ilala Lodge Hotel was a perfect blend of work and leisure. Though we spent much of our time in the meeting room, the setting made everything feel special. The meeting facilities were comfortable and well-organized, with the staff ensuring every detail was taken care of, from smooth setups to refreshing breaks. Outside of meetings, we were able to explore the beautiful surroundings, which made the experience even more memorable. The hotel’s proximity to Victoria Falls allowed us to easily enjoy sightseeing, adding a touch of adventure to our retreat. The meals at the hotel were a delight—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared from breakfast to dinner. Each dish offered variety and quality, and the option for smaller lunch portions was a nice touch for light eaters like myself. Ilala Lodge truly combines productivity with relaxation, making it ideal for both business and pleasure. Highly recommended for anyone planning a work retreat or a holiday escape

I stayed two nights at the Village as arranged as part of my National Geographic tour. The camp is very close to Victoria Falls (the actual falls) as well as some shopping and restaurants. The Village was excellent in all respects. The rooms, staff, and food were all great. The complex includes a nice restaurant and pool area. The room was very clean and comfortable.

The batteries ran out in our door lock, unfortunately the manager did not trust her staff enough to leave them with the master key to get into the rooms. The manager had left for the day and had to be called back - the delay caused us to almost miss our booked sunset cruise, it was very stressful as we were only in Vic falls for one night.

Despite the price was a tad steep, everything was excellent during our trip. The driver of free shuttle service was so attentive to introduce each stop snd reminded the pick up time on our way to Victoria Falls. Room itself was small yet clean with spectacular waterhole view. Shortfall was our room was too far from the waterhole itself. Nonetheless their service and breakfast were of top notch and view from the restaurant was unbeatable. What a mesmerizing stay!

Second visit to Shongwe Lookout Lodge. Quick, efficient check-in. Rooms clean, large and comfortable. Shower great. Slept very well. Everything spot on. Enjoyed breakfast and evening meals. Lovely. Service and facilities inc. tower and gallery, across lodge very good. If ever fortunate enough to visit VF again would absolutely return.
